The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the artwork throughout the space was beautiful.
Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Room was facing highway and you could hear road noise the entire day and night. The cherry on top was the construction blasting at 7 am enough to shake the windows (we were on the top floor and that did not matter). There are much better places to stay in the area.
This is my favorite hotel to stay in in Dallas.
The Lorenzo hotel is charming lil boutique hotel. As a travel agent i would recommend. My stay was very comfortable. My only concerns was the construction in the area made it look uninviting from the outside. Inside was so cute and staff was very friendly and helpful.
We had a great time staying here! Location was great and the hotel itself has some really awesome, unique features throughout! We had a few impromptu photo sessions in all of the photo ops sprinkled throughout the lobby floor of the hotel! The room was spectacular, the unique chair and couch, along with the spot light, were a super fun feature. Not to mention our view! Talk about a Dallas sunset over the city skyline! We stayed on the tenth floor in a corner room. The elevators were fast, the employees were always kind, and the vibe was 10/10. The pool was also a huge hit. It was very clean, the chairs were super comfortable, and the Cabanas in the pool yard are FREE to use! ( First come, first serve. ) The synthetic grass was soft to walk on and they have towels readily available upon entering the pool yard from the lobby. The only downside ( which is not the hotels fault ) is that they are doing road construction on quite literally the other side of the pool yard. It was so loud at some points that it hurt our ears to be outside in the pool. One morning, we were woken up a little after 5am due to the construction, but again. Nothing the hotel had control over, just a heads up! 10/10 would recommend and will be staying here again! The only downside to our room was our AC unit was leaking. It soaked about a five foot radius around the whole unit, some of our bags that were sitting there got very wet. When we informed the staff downstairs they advised that it was just due to having the unit on. They offered towels, but the towels just became sopping wet. Would recommend having that looked that!
