Even though there is no one on site, they are very helpful when you need them. No parking which sucks, but the price was right. Beside that its a decent place to stay.

Its basic, clean and inexpensive. Frugal way to travel.

Its cheap for a night. Wouldn't recommend for anything more than a night whilst passing through.

If you need a crash pad for the night- this will do it. It’s definitely very institutional feeling inside, there was a few pieces of decor in the room I stayed in but nothing elegantly curated. No lamp in the room, just one over head light. It would have been nice to have curtains too, so the light didn’t wake me up at 5:30 am. Overall I am glad I had a place to stay, but it’s nothing glamorous if that’s what you’re looking for.

My boyfriend and I booked a room for the night, we had a simple and pleasant experience last time. We dropped our stuff off a couple hours after the 4pm check in. We came back, turned on the tv and got into bed a little after 1am. Then some woman knocked on our door saying she was housekeeping. She asked us to open the door.. Since it's after 1 am we felt uncomfortable with that so we did not open the door for her. She then said "There have been multiple noise complaints about your room." We told her we have been here for about 20 mins and are in bed. She said "I'm in the room below you. There are noise complaints. The walls are thin". We said “uhh.. ok..?” and then she left.. We are on the ground floor.. Last time we stayed on the second floor and everything was great. This time not so much. We were planning to stay a night here regularly for the convenience and price. If we book another night we’ll make sure we’re on the second floor again. It makes sense to us now why this specific ground level King Room was cheaper than the standard 2nd floor Queen Room we previously stayed in.

Given wrong code to enter, waited at door for 30 min;Manger greeted me with admonishment, walk softly because she doesn't like it that her family are in basement;her husband puts off menacing vibes;gaps in the blinds;FIREDOORS PROPPED OPEN; supplied one towel &hand towel for 2 days stay;didn't keep shared bathroom clean or properly supplied;Manger dressed in robes like she's ready ready for bed;a lot of stairs, maze like setup;very noisy with doors that slam shut if not held open......
