What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the beautiful grounds and gardens, as well as the delicious breakfasts and friendly staff. However, some guests have noted that certain rooms, particularly the least expensive ones, are dated and in need of updating, with one guest expressing disappointment that a suite's appearance no longer matched online photos.

Beautiful little cottage. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff The only negative part would be the trains that pass near by.

Wow! Definitely a gem. Great price, rooms are clean and classic. Complimentary wine, coffee, tea , hot chocolate and cookies. And best of all, breakfast is included. Excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walk and great parking. I highly recommend the Campbell House Inn.

So however super cute you think this place is you're falling short. The room art is a little contemporary and you probably want to bring your own roku, unless you like cable. The grounds and the building itself is completely unmatched in style and gravitas. So much better than just going to a regular hotel and very reasonably priced!

Wow! We loved staying here. The service was excellent, the price completely reasonable. And the free breakfast that was made in house was amazing. What a treat.

Best breakfast in Oregon! Seriously, I've been staying at the Campbell house inn every time I'm in Eugene since 2011 and always happy to come back.

I just love this place...it is my home away from home when I travel between northern California and Washington! I love everything about this place to the friendly staff, cute rooms, beautiful gardens, close proximity to the river trail amd downtown, the glass of wine you are created with, the amazing breakfast served and I clouded, and especially how welcoming they are to my dog! Oh, amd there are fresh cookies, a really cool breakfast and sitting area, and amazing history! Over the top, one of my favorite places to stay!
