So this review is nothing against the staff. They were great. Friendly and provided great service. The hotel is also in a great location for being near UO if you have a child there and you’re visiting. Great restaurants nearby as well. The terrible problem is and one of the reasons I will NEVER stay there again is the train that goes by every hour in the middle of the night blowing its whistle. I got absolutely no sleep. It was a miserable night. Then for some reason and I hate when hotels do this there is half a sheet of glass for the shower. The floor was soaked by the end of the shower and when I step to the open side of the shower to get my shampoo, soap, etc., it’s freezing. Thankfully there are many hotels to choose from.

Incredibly loud hotel - be warned if you are light sleeper - the hotel randomly shakes - hear your neighbors - train - and walls so thin, sounds like a motorcycle is driving in your room. Front desk staff was nice for the most part. Voiced my concern and a gentleman did not help. Just honest feedback, sleep quality 0/10

Stayed here for a night while our son toured U of O. Very comfortable room and super attentive staff. When the weather is nice the rooftop bar is fantastic. If our son decides to go to school in Eugene, we will definite back.

Extremely overrated. Very glad we didn’t pay for this! The soaps and body washes were empty when we arrived. No microwaves, tiny little room, no better than a holiday inn express. You’re paying for the art work on the wall.
