Not horrible, but not great. Door handle to bathroom fell off. Room was small. TV signal kept cutting out. No breakfast. Coffee in the lobby wasn't even hot in the morning. Bed was fine.
Michelle at the front desk was a delightful! Very great customer service, nice and pleasant.
Ac worked well, rooms were clean enough. However I reserved my room like a month before an event then when I get to the hotel to check in the price is higher.
We were in a pinch and needed a place to stay for 3 nights, our first room had bed bugs (room 108). Pets are allowed but there's a separate $15 fee per pet. And theres a $100 safety deposit to get eaten up by bugs and be itchy for a week. Would not recommend.
Room was clean. All the staff were very nice. No fee for the dog I was traveling with. No fee is always nice. Like most Red Roof's a little more time could be spent on exterior upkeep. Lots of dog poop in the grass etc. But, they Red Roof is everywhere and they take dogs no questions asked so will generally stay at one when I need a place to sleep for a night.
