Great staff, very helpful

My gf had issue with the hotel because they said they had playpens and cribs for infants when we arrived front desk staff were rude and did not help find furniture were told they only had one spoke with dayshift they said they had three gf called corporate awaiting there reply.

Very Nice hotel , rooms clean ! Only thing is the girl at the front desk rude had no customer service I’m from out of state and came to see my family I brung my other kids I haven’t seen in a whole year to the room with me and was told it’s only suppose to be 4 people to a room and no outside guest can swim in their pool well if I paid my money myself and my kids should be able to swim no matter how many kids I had or how many kids stayed in my room ! They’re my KIDS!!!!!

Hotel is being remodeled and looks very nice even though you have to park and go in the back. I was here for a business trip. They do offer guest laundry room, machines are $2 each load, breakfast is more European than Continental, a fitness room and pool. Unfortunately, quiet hours start at 11 pm... even on Sunday night. And if you are unlucky enough to get a pool side room good luck with sleeping. And the picture I posted of the hot tub were the water was green is how it was all weekend, could not even relax. So if you are going to stay for pleasure and not worry about sleeping in this is the place, but if you're staying for business just keep this in mind.

Not too good, the staff was friendly. But, the construction was annoying and carried on to late in the evening. Room was dated yet comfortable.

The hotel itself is nice...room is clean and bed is comfortable. I've stayed there twice and both times extended my check out time and paid for the extension. Each time I got a call and an knock on the door at normal check out time asking if we were checking out. I paid for an extension and since I paid they should have record of that extension correct? Then why am I being disturbed before my paid for check out time? I won't go back anymore.
