Seville Motel

Bob the manager makes this place a good alternative to a weekly rental which is affordable. The owner needs to recognize that his own employee Bob is the main reason you like to stay there, he’s a good person and, hard worker. It’s a decently clean place, not a 5 star place but clean and for a person needing a weekly affordable place in a nice area Royal Oak, l’d say ok!

The maintenance guy is totally awesome! Very easy going and honest man!

Pretty straight forward seedy-looking motel. I haven't seen in a room since the 80s, but from the outside, it doesn't look to have changed much. On the plus side, I'm guessing it's a conveniently located cheap motel, right next door to a fantastic diner: Monty's Grill. The proximity might make it worth the stay.

The atmosphere is homey. The owner and her chef-in-the-making are sweet as pie. So far everything I've had to eat has been prepared well and very tasty. The burgers and shakes are still my favorites. By now you've probably guessed I'm talking about Monty's Grill, not the motel. The motel is not the Ritz, but I would stay there just because it's attached to Monty's.

Clean sheets, friendly front desk, up front rules for your stay. This is less like a motel/hotel and more like staying at grandma's house. You agree to a set of rules, you abide by those rules, everything will be perfect. I have a stack of TP rolls, I have enough soap to last a month after only paying for 7 days. WiFi works well and is fast, the staff is to the point and protective of it's guests. My room was cleaned very thoroughly and made tidy. I don't smoke personally, however if you would like to, it's an option for your room if you agree not to do it while in bed, very reasonable. Xfinity channels, multiple desk workstations. Monty's restaurant is attached to the Motel and it has 5 star reviews for the quality of food and the level of service. If you can find vacancy here, you better take it! For me, I found a home when I had none. I'm so very grateful.

Me and my wife stayed here and for the price it was ok but the room was disgusting the staff are very short and like to lie as we where told we they were not going to accept our weekly payments anymore due to the fact that it's a motel and not an apartment which to that I stated that I've spoke. To many of the other guest in the 5 months we stayed never missing a payment that there people have been there for years and there rooms are full of junk and we kept ours tighty none the less the so called owner a little indian man with a complex wanted to argue and refused to give me a reason we where singled out I hope one day these fraudulent people are exposed and there biased toward me will go unnoted I reached out to the news to try to see what I could do to expose these people for this undercover lies hiding and not following city codes and fire codes can be noticed and dealt with and then maybe everyone will be treated the same and not singled out for an unknown reason ... Its a shame to see a place like this in royal oak they shoulda tore it down when they built the auto zone next door lmao ...enjoy ur day google ..

I wanna clear the air with this place Seville motel! We do not have bedbugs.... We do not allow dogs! I'm an employee here at the motel. This place is not what it used to be.
