awful. disgusting. go literally anywhere else. every photo online is fake. we were also charged more than we were told and then was refused a receipt. the room was disgusting. stains of god knows what on every single wall, ceiling, pretty much any surface. when we walked in we got hit with a strong smell of ammonia, litter, and piss that later we were told “yeah lots of complaints about that” oh ok. cherry on top was in the maybe 5 minutes we took to check out the room, we had some dude hanging around and checking out our car. as we left there was also fights breaking out in the parking lot. at least a full refund was issued the next day, but don’t even waste your time.

This motel was the worst travel experience my wife and I have ever had. We are not from the area and had booked a room that totaled out to be $130. As soon as we walked into our room we immediately smelled cigarettes and musty.The lobby has a fake picture online and the rooms are advertised as smoke free and also look totally different online. First thing we did was pull the matress cover up to check for bed bugs and found stains ALL over the matress.Floors were disgusting aswell, paint peeling from all the walls and doors,Bugs and dirt all over the floors. All the drawers were missing from the dresser, the ac unit was disgusting and had a dollar bill shoved in it. The door was busted along the frame and would not lock as if somone kicked it in at some point.You could literally just walk right in despite being locked. The place was filled with a ton of obnoxious people who were very clearly on something.We tried to stick it out through the night because we were far from home and it was late but the last straw was when I had a literal cockroach fall on my head and crawl down my side. We packed our things and left after that. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Do not stay here. The room smelled like a litter box full of ammonia and there was dried blood on the wall of our room.

Terrible horrible get more couple boxes and get better,the bed uncomfortable,bugs noises 😔

The room A/C went out, we called the front desk, the chick at the front had an attitude the size of Texas. She was very rude and dismissed our concern. She even hung up on me. If you're gonna stay in a hotel, and spend money, don't pick this one. The bathroom door was broken, the microwave was on it's last leg, it was not enjoyable.

One bed was obviously used more than the other. There were ashes on the other bed and cigarette butts in the sink drain, and smelled like it. Dirty fingerprints and hair on the soap dispensers, out of body wash. Outlets wouldn't hold a plug. Damaged furniture. AC was spotty and highway sound came right through the vent along with anyone walking by outside.

Been there 2 times rooms are clean price is great I use this place when I go to the Madison Heights Eagles for their events so I don't have to drive home

Rooms were dirty and dated. Also the blonde that works in the morning is rude. And unprofessional.

I checked in on a Tuesday I paid for 4 days so Friday morning comes and I pay for another night they tell me after I pay that they have to inspect my room I paid for the night they inspect my room they take pictures of a couple spots on the white sheets knowing I had a dog and then come back 20 minutes later and tell me that I have an hour to get out, there was a $50 deposit that I had paid when I paid for the 4 days they kept that no problem you can keep that I want my $87 back for the night that I just paid for he proceeded to tell me that it'll go back on my card 6 days later and I have not got the money back I called up there about 10 minutes ago and they're telling me that I'm not getting it back because of the linen the white sheets and blanket had a couple spots on it. There was no drawers in the dresser, they had a whole family living out of a van, in the parking lot, the remote didn't work the fridge in the microwave that they gave me it caught on fire the first night it took him 2 days to get me a new one. And now they're not getting my refund all because of a couple spots on the white sheets and white blanket when they knew I had a dog.
