Enchantment Resort
Visitors consistently praise the resort's exceptional location with stunning red-rock views and the accommodating, friendly staff. However, some guests found the rooms to be dated and in need of renovation, with issues like a lack of hot water or inconsistent views, and the food and drinks are noted as being very expensive.

It's fine, they just need to be remodeled and have fire protection systems installed.
Amazing all round from arrival to departure. However, when doing the candle making the instructor spilled boiling hot water on me burning my leg and foot. Although we didnt have to pay for the candles but I felt the manager should have reached out as courtesy and checked in with me. I also felt we should have gotten something in return besides the candle
It’s the little things. Unfortunately. 😭 Such a stunning location. And a beautiful resort. Where a lot went right. But too many little things went wrong not to notice and become a bit annoying. - housekeeping knocking at the door at 9 am to find out when we’re leaving. Um, at checkout time. - after the alarm clock, which we hadn’t touched went off at 6 am - being pressured to order dinner and then it taking over an hour for the main courses - lots of half empty glasses around the pool for hours. And around the fireplace too. Like for over an hour after people had left. - the balcony door of our room unable to lock - mediocre wifi in the room making it difficult to work - the heat working perfectly well but we were unable to cool the room all night - almost half an hour to get a kettle to the room to make a cup of tea. They did provide some nice teas.
Everything you need is there, and the service is very kind and friendly. It's a very relaxing atmosphere with incredible views!
Lovely stay, wonderful location but rooms are dated
The front desk staff seemed a bit inexperienced, perhaps because they were interns and didn't seem familiar with the procedures. They didn't give us a detailed introduction to amenities, and room preparation time was after 4 pm, so we had to go back to the front desk to check in and change rooms. The other staff we encountered were all professional and friendly. The room was spacious and looked very clean, but we found a cockroach in the bathroom, probably because it was on the first floor. The scenery around the resort was indeed very beautiful, and it saved us a lot of walking to Subway Cave. The room service breakfast was also quite good. We also tried the spa at Mii Amo. The complimentary hot spring and sauna were small, but my therapies were very professional, and the experience was quite good. The price was reasonable.
