Harrah's Joliet - A Caesars Rewards Destination

They had outside restaurants for families but closed at 9. The torta combo is superb i recommend the plantains as the side. It comes with chimichuri that is so tasty 😋 i got the asada with poblano and avocado. 🥑 I loved the players club workers.

The gambling room was beautiful & colorful. We did not stay in a room. We live in Joliet. As far as I was able to assess, everyone was very welcoming & friendly.

All but one of the food places are closed during the week except for one. We were really disappointed with housekeeping. We stayed for 3 days, the first day the didn't clean and when we asked the front desk why, they stated we had to request it. The 2nd day we asked the front desk twice and housekeeping once to clean and they assured us it was. We got in late to find out nothing had been done. The night front desk young lady was very apologetic and sweet. She provided fresh towels and an extra trash bag for our trash. She advised to speak with the front desk manager in the morning. Fingers crossed

We visited Mon - Wed and there is only one good option at the Casino/Hotel and there are minimal options in walking distance.
