Omg I will come again & again customer service ten out of ten, our room & everything about it, the refrigerator kept cold, the TV had more channels then most hotels. Our stay was so good we extended two more days. Thank you. And will recommend to all our families & friends.

Unresolved Lost Property and Lack of Management Response I am writing this review to formally express our deep disappointment with the customer service, communication, and lack of accountability we experienced following our recent stay at The Fontaine. Based on this experience, we will not stay at this hotel again, and I would strongly caution others to reconsider if respectful treatment, responsiveness, and customer care are important to them. The individuals copied below from hotel management appear to have chosen to ignore repeated customer requests rather than address a straightforward issue. This is unacceptable in any service-oriented business, and especially in the hospitality industry. Richard Moeller; Stephen Jenkins; Kaylie Clausen The Facts We stayed at The Fontaine in March and inadvertently left several dress shirts in the closet after checking out on March 9. We contacted the hotel immediately and were directed to the hotel’s recommended external lost-and-found service, “I Left My Stuff”. That service promptly confirmed that the items had been located by hotel staff and requested payment for return shipping. We provided the requested payment information without issue. After approximately one week passed with no progress on the shipment, we contacted I Left My Stuff again. Their team, which was responsive throughout the process, explained that they were unable to assist further because the hotel had not responded to their requests or provided the necessary direction. We then contacted the hotel directly on multiple occasions. We were told that the manager responsible for the matter was on vacation and would contact us upon returning the following week. No such follow-up ever occurred. Following further escalation, hotel management informed us that the package had been stolen and committed to reimbursing us for the shirts. This commitment was confirmed in writing on April 1. Despite repeated follow-ups on March 27, March 30, April 1, April 6, April 13, and May 5, management has since stopped responding. To date, we have received neither reimbursement nor any communication regarding resolution of the matter. Unresolved Issue The primary unresolved issue is the hotel’s failure to provide the promised reimbursement, compounded by a complete lack of communication and engagement from hotel management despite its prior acknowledgment of the issue and commitment to resolve it. This experience reflects extremely poorly on the hotel’s management culture and customer service standards. Being ignored after checkout, given assurances that were not honored, and left without resolution is unacceptable. There is no place for this level of disregard in hospitality. This matter has told us everything we need to know about how The Fontaine treats its guests when something goes wrong

The hotel has the potential to be great. However, the service and cleanliness were very disappointing. Not only did we find blood stains on the covers of our bed, but when I complained about it the hotel staff did nothing to make it better (not even an apology). We didn’t even get our room cleaned the following day.
