This place is beautiful, perfect location right on the beach and walking distance to all restaurants bars supermarkets. Hostess is very friendly and answers any questions asap. Very comfortable and it has everything you can think off. I would highly recommend this condominium and definitely would go back.

We vacationed in Kihei at Maui Sunset B402 and it was absolutely wonderful! Upon arriving I did not know exactly what to expect but once I entered the condo I was very happy that we chose these accommodations for our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to insure our island vacation would be amazing! The grounds at Maui Sunset are neatly manicured and you could not ask for a better place to see Gorgeous Sunsets! We will definitely be staying again!

Great spot for vacation! This condo is very functional, with 2 bathrooms and although only one bedroom there was a lot of sleeping options. They had everything from games to books to beach equipment and all kitchen items. Also, the complex had recreational games and ocean equipment to rent. Overall 10/10 would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Maui!

We stayed at Maui Sunset Condos last month and loved the location and the amenities of this property! The grounds are immaculate and the beach is a short walk away for daily sunrise and sunset viewings that are breathtaking! Sea turtles were commonly seen from the shoreline too! We loved the pool and hot tub along with the availability of the tennis courts also! In addition, beach chairs and coolers were provided. We usually stay in Lahaina so this was our first time staying in Kihei. We were pleasantly surprised with all of the fantastic restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the condos. It's a short drive to Wailea and the airport is not far either. Highly recommend!!!

We just finished our second vacation staying at MAUI SUNSET B402. It was simply awesome! The unit has all you may need to serve as your home away from home. It is equipped with everything you can imagine, to include a fully equipped kitchen to affordably cook as many meals as you may desire. I found everything I needed to include a meat thermometer for grilling up dinner. I am a stickler for a clean grill surface; the grills in the common area were cleaner than my home grill (and it is clean). Although I don’t like to do a lot of cooking while on vacation, I also don’t like to eat out three times daily for a week. That can break a vacation budget. It was quite hot during our visit, this was not a problem in our unit. The two air conditioners kept us quite comfortable. Additionally the bedding and mattress were excellent. What I like the most about staying at MAUI SUNSET is its close proximity to restaurants, beaches and the Maui brewing Company. It is a short distance to so many options. We also played pick-up Pickleball with regulars who play at the courts located right next to the property. Our group had so much fun staying here that one couple has looked into buying a unit so that they can come back more often. I highly recommend a visit to Maui and staying at MAUI SUNSET B402.

Just came home from a week at Maui Sunset B402… The property is amazing, its located right next to a beautiful beach which we walked everyday! We swam and floated in the blue water as well! I do recommend water shoes as the bottom has a natural rocky bottom. For us having tennis 🎾 courts and pickle ball courts right there is huge. The pool and hot tub were so enjoyable and kept in pristine condition! My family booked a helicopter 🚁 ride and scheduled a masseuse from the activity desk located at the pool. This place is perfect for a couple getaway or a family vacation. Our condo itself B402 has the most comfortable bedding for cozy sleeping! A smart TV located in the bedroom allowed us to view our pictures and videos from each of our daily excursions! Having a full kitchen with all the right supplies allowed us to make breakfast a few times and we even used the gas grills located on property for a cookout! We used the boogie boards, beach chairs and several games from the supply closet! Maui Sunset B402 has it all and we will be back!

Maui Sunset B402 was the perfect home away from home vacation! This was me and my family’s second year in a row staying at this unit. This time was for an even more special occasion, my 30th birthday :) The condo has everything you would need for a full day adventure on the road to Hana, to an easy pool or beach day. (Coolers, towels, beach chairs, water shoes, board games/cards you name it) It’s cozy, clean, and the property itself is beautiful. The floors and master bath had recently been redone and we’re both a beautiful touch! It’s also close to grocery stores and restaurants. Laundry and dryer unit is in the condo to keep your favorite vacation items clean and on the ready! I went with my parents for a week long vacation and we are already ready to plan another trip! Highly recommend!!

Another wonderful visit to Maui Sunset B402🐳 This unit has all of the amenities for the beach. Perfect location, beautiful grounds, quiet but close to all of the stores and shopping. The owners and management go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable! P.S. Hubbys pole in the closet, bring your reel🎣

I mentioned to the owner that I was going to Maui to celebrate my birthday. Shortly after arriving, my husband and I were welcomed with flowers and a bottle of champagne. How thoughtful is that?!?! The condo is well-appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay including beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, water shoes etc… there was even a pair of binoculars for dolphin and whale watching but I’ll need to return in winter/spring to see whales I’m told. We were also given gift certificates for use of a pair of electrical bikes which is perfect for that location having close proximity to restaurants, shops, beaches and the high end amenities surrounding the nearby Wailea resort. There is even a binder that provides all the information you need for a memorable Maui vacation. I didn’t have time to check off everything on the “what to see/do list” but I will definitely return to Maui Sunset B402 if given the opportunity to go back to Maui. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing vacation rental! Has all the amenities a person can need. Close to the beach for great sunset/sunrise photos or just walks along the shoreline. I would rent from this owner again in a heartbeat!
