What a dump!! Place hasn't had a remodel in DECADES. The furnishings look like they came from a thrift store, even the lamps in the living room were from the 60's! Light switches made no sense and three remotes to operate the TV??? They charge an enormous "cleaning fee" then expect you to take out your trash and do the dishes. They don't even have their lobby open interact with their guests after 3pm and they're closed on weekends. This place was a huge waste of money and quite frankly a joke. Oh and I love that they leave a sign (one of too MANY) that complains that the reef-safe sunblock is ruining their towels. Boo-hoo, cost of doing business. Farthest thing from a "resort" I've ever seen.

Great place to visit!

Google reviews are getting fake. Do not stay here. It's a glorified motel acting as a "resort". Total waste of $1400. Rules, rules, rules - you'll be buried in it, stickers and signs everywhere. It was such a horrible experience. Do not stay here.

Leslie was absolutely wonderful. We were there for the start of major rain, but she answered all our questions and was on top of everything. She is one of the best host I’ve ever had the chance to meet. We saw lots of turtles near by and even saw the whales breach. At night we enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was great and we really enjoyed the sauna in the mornings. I don’t think there’s a better location. We will be back for the sunshine.

We stated in unit B211. Staff was helpful and grounds were well kept. Pool area was really nice. Location was great Our unit was not very clean and needs to be updated. Hair on the floor and bottom of our feet were black when walking on floor. Dust on a lot of surfaces. Only 2 bath towels, 1 washcloth, and 1 hand towel were provided.

Amazing place to stay/visit and great ocean views! Highly recomend and would stay again

Great location and a good pool area.

First time in Kihei and I think we found the best place. Smallish complex, well-kept units, beautiful landscape, clean everywhere.
