First time visiting, I arrived 11:45 on Friday night and stayed until 3am. Friendly staff and laid back atmosphere. Condoms, toys and more for sale at front counter. They take cash or card. Green and red wristbands available upon entry, green if you would like to be approached and red if you would not like to be approached. Not many people wore them but still nice to see. When you walk in the main room has a table for board games, a pool table, and another game table (shuffleboard or something?) There are lockers and vending machines with snacks and drinks. Small side room has one couch, leads to large room with several couches and pole for dancing, along with several darker areas on the side. Multiple TVs playing different gay and trans porn. Main hallway has five different private rooms each with a passcode locked door. One of the rooms is a dungeon visible from the hallway, the other are closed off/ more private. Not free but not sure how much but they are either. Two individual bathrooms each with a toilet and shower, toilets free for use, showers are $5. Main back room area has a smaller sitting area with several couches and a TV playing gay porn. Sex maze has three different sections with chairs and gloryholes. Free Caged area with sex swing open for public use. One other caged gloryhole booth, two booths with wooden doors and three that are open, each with a chair and trash can. Final back area includes a love seat couch and a smaller back room with three sex cubicles (?) basically, areas you can rest your entire torso with your ass out. There’s also a side door to an outdoor smoking area with several seats and a table or two I had a great time. There were around 10-20 other patrons at any given time. Mostly cis-men but several trans-people as well and crossdressers are definitely welcome. By the time I left at 3 there were only about 5 other patrons. Pretty clean too, all things considered. No sticky spots or messes, everything felt secure and comfortable. There are also multiple paper towel and hand sanitizer dispensers around the building and two water fountains near the bathroom. Ideal for people who want to have anonymous sexual encounters with multiple people at once and/or in a row. About half of the patrons knows exactly what they want/sit waiting and the other half wanders around and interacts with whoever. Never felt awkward or stressful. Also, everyone I interacted with was very kind and respectful. I never felt unsafe or threatened and there were plenty of spaces to wander if you need a second alone. Everyone is very aware of boundaries and I never needed to worry about telling someone no or deciding to stop with someone after a certain amount of time. I can’t speak for everyone or say every experience will be the same, but if you’re confident about your body and willing to be watched and touched while having fun, this place is perfect. Glad Lansing isn’t totally boring hahaha. Perfect for anyone exploring their sexuality / just having a good time Will definitely come back soon. Interested to see what it’s like during the day.

Staff is amazing and the place is cleaned up nicely! I think the new game space was a nice touch. New bathroom and showers are 🤌💯 and the new safety measures are nice too. I personally can't wait for them to open up The Sanctuary again. There was quite an issue with the majority of the gentleman and respecting lack of interest, let alone the passive aggression that followed. My partner and I eventually got a VIP room to seperate ourselves from that situation (which the Staff helped clean and set up swiftly. Again, I love the staff 🫶). Overall, nice place, visit went well, but could really use something to pull in the younger crowd. Hopefully the reopening of The Sanctuary and maybe introducing events/charities will help that. Note: I will update this after the reopening and revisiting of The Sanctuary 😁
