This hotel, like many others in Las Vegas, charges an exorbitant resort fee. An example of this is... I went onto Hotels.com and they list a room rate of $68 nightly, with the total price $155 nightly after resort fees and taxes. DISHONEST, BAIT & SWITCH, HORRIBLE PRACTICE! I refuse to pay these stupid, dishonest and corrupt fees.

Awful experience with long term parking here. Hotel front desk staff was missing at the hour causing me to miss the shuttle to the airport. Shuttle driver saw me running to him and drove away with an empty van. Had to call a $15 ride share for poor operations here.

This is the only hotel/motel that I have stayed in without a fridge or microwave in the room. The AC/heater worked intermittently. Asked for a 10 a.m wake up call and was called at 9.

The hotel pool and hot tub are closed until further notice. This was never disclosed when I booked the room or upon checkin. Kinda disappointing , but expected as this has happened in the past. I do like other things about this place , but disappointed this time about the pool issues. Seems to be an ongoing issue for years. In response to your response … I wondering why you are not disclosing that the pool is closed until further notice? I would’ve stayed somewhere else for the weekend. So that’s why you’re not disclosing it and that’s not good business.
