Nice view. Direct walk way to Cosmopolitan and Bellagio. Valet is quick, no need to go looking for parking spots.
Dose not allow all Service Animals Called to confirm several times Turned away at the counter
A very good hotel, ideal for staying and visiting the city. It's centrally located and very well connected. At check-in, the language barrier was a problem, but a receptionist named Karen was very helpful and friendly. She gave us excellent directions and advice. My sincere thanks to her.
I gave this hotel 2 stars because my stay was highly disappointing despite the premium price. On the positive side, the location is excellent and the room offered a very beautiful view. However, the room itself had a major issue with structural noise. The wood materials kept making loud cracking and popping sounds due to expansion. This happened constantly throughout the day and night, waking me up and startling me multiple times. To make things worse, both the pillows and the mattress were extremely hard, which caused me severe neck pain and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. For the price Vdara charges, I expected a peaceful and comfortable environment, but I left feeling exhausted.
Terrible service, felt generally unsafe!! Man went into my room while I was there and slammed the door of bathroom in my face. I was stunned I didn’t chase him but called and they said they knew nothing about it. Prior to that I came back to into my room and there was a black glove left in it, again they said they knew nothing about it which added to everything. I never have issues at any hotel was definitely not expecting this lol. Valet guy is unbelievable😂. 2 star service in a 5 star hotel. Platinum membership, had to pay for Valet to “save time”, have not got a refund and no luck getting to them on the phone they give you the runaround. Extremely weird experience, will never stay again!!
Second time staying here (panoramic suite) Unbelievably comfy beds, great room and bathrooms. And you can't ask for a better location. Literally just a couple minutes to Bellagio, Cosmo and Aria. I can't wait to go back!
