We had a wonderful experience here, largely thanks to the fantastic front desk team! A huge thank you to Karen for making our visit memorable! She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and eager to help us by ensuring we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The local dining recommendations she provided were spot on too! It is rare to see such genuine hospitality these days…. Kudos to Karen and the rest of the staff who helped make our stay that much more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

This was a totally beat up dirty ill managed Hotel.... I was so excited to come stay at the 21C Lexington because I assumed it was really nice Hotel since I stayed at the 21C in Cincinnati before COVID, and I remember it being not a five star hotel, but close. The 21C in Lexington was not even close to being nice. The ceiling was blown out outside the door of our room.. The whole place is so beat up In general that it was depressing....the dust layers in our room was disturbing. I didn't even wantonto touch the phone... Check out my pictures. It was ridiculous. Big Stains all over the carpet. They gave us a torn rag to put down as a shower mat, and then there's a beat up refrigerator that didn't even have an outlet anywhere nearby to even plug it in... It was so overpriced for how bad it was. I would highly recommend just staying at a full service Marietta or Thank you Hilton.

No restaurant, no bar. No air conditioning. No free breakfast. Basically everything advertised was false!

We loved the location of the hotel. Our room was nice. The bathroom was great with a spacious shower, robe, and dimmer light. It is on Main street so you will hear traffic.
