One of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Great staff!

Beautiful hotel - was expecting above service for hotel guest. We are disappointed - bags not removed from car by valet and had to take them to the room ourselves. Did stop at lost palm, staff very kind and nice but was a little dirty.

I’ve now stayed at the Manchester Hotel three different times, and it continues to exceed my expectations every single visit. The consistency in service and overall experience is what truly sets this place apart. Ryan at the downstairs lobby bar is incredible, he makes the best drinks and somehow always remembers our orders, whether we’re stopping by for breakfast or lunch. That kind of personal touch makes you feel so welcome and taken care of. Kat is just as amazing in the evenings. She always goes above and beyond during dinner service to make sure we have everything we need. Her attention to detail and kindness never go unnoticed. Jess has also been a fantastic server when we’ve eaten in the restaurant. She is friendly, attentive, and truly enhances the dining experience. The food has been incredible every time, and her service makes it even better. The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and well-kept, which makes it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. We also love taking advantage of the bikes and riding around the district, it’s such a fun added perk. I truly couldn’t choose a better place to stay. We absolutely love it here and will definitely keep coming back!

This will be long. I sent this to the hotel and received zero response: "Had a very nice valet who took me up to my room, said he would bring me ice (as I had inquired about it) and never showed up. When I went down to the desk, I was told he was on an airport run. It would have been nice to have been told. When I was ready to check out I called the phone number provided, and received a message that the desk was unavailable - to please leave a message, which I did. But then I never had any callback or response, so I lugged two dogs, luggage, suit bag, etc. downstairs myself, as I had to leave. During the evening the metal ceiling panel collapsed, slamming into the wall. Thank heavens no one was walking by at that time. The handyman came up and said there had been duct work going on - he would tell the manager to make sure they were securing the panels properly. Because of this, the desk gave me a $75 service voucher. When I checked out, I was running late and asked the desk woman to apply the voucher to my bill. As far as I can see this was not done. (Room 321) Two other observations: (1) I think it would be nice to provide a dog potty area in lieu of telling people to go across the street and use other businesses properties for the dog's need. It wouldn't have to be large, could be by the trash area, artificial turf, a bit of fencing and dog bags for convenience. If one advertises dog-friendly, it would be good to have a specific area. And finally, (2) having the property abut the train switching yard without a fence is very dangerous. It is a problem waiting to happen if someone's animal or toddler (or drunk patron going to their car) falls/trips/jumps down from the parking lot level to the tracks. If a dog does so, the owner is sure to go after them and it could cause dangerous consequences. I would think fencing from the end of the property to the trash collection area would be sufficient if strong and of a proper height. In closing, unless I missed it, I would like the $75 credit applied, please. I can send you a photo of what I was given, should you need proof. Thank you."

Want to be upset at valet? This hotel offers the nastiest valet service for a hotel in Lexington. For 25 dollars they will mistreat your car. What a deal! Are you handicapped? No parking for you. Thats for the valet only. Want to see the valet put ketchup on deliverys driver's cars? These guys will do it.

Let's start with the good: the hotel is stunning and the location is central. Gorgeous rooms, Le Labo toiletries — someone clearly had taste and a budget. Unfortunately, that someone apparently clocked out before training the staff. The rooms are beautiful but paper-thin. We could hear every toilet flush from the floor above us and every door slam down the hall. The "all lights off" button was broken, leaving us on a scavenger hunt through our own room at night. The rooftop bar had no host, so we asked the bartender if we could seat ourselves and were told to go for it. We sat. We waited. We continued waiting. We then had the distinct pleasure of watching our server take a shot with another table, reminisce about her former life as a party girl, and hear about her current gap year. A few other highlights: for supposedly the finest hotel in the city, the only parking options were valet or a paid lot — in a city where the lots were visibly empty. This is not Manhattan. Let people park. And during check-in, a man in a pink polo materialized to talk staffing logistics mid-transaction with our front desk attendant, apparently unaware (or unbothered) that we were standing right there. The concept is excellent. The execution is a gap year project. Someone put real effort into imagining this hotel; someone else is responsible for running it. Those two people have clearly never met.

This is truly a class apart hotel! Everything from Service to people to rooms to quality of linen bedding amenities is top notch! The attitude of service staff front desk is above and beyond. The bar space is one of the best decorated. We wana stay here every time!!! And it’s right next to the Distillery district which has great nightlife and food and bars but the hotel itself has a great hangout spot rooftop as well as lobby bar area.

There is a huge parking lot right on site, why make it valet only? Don't nickel and dime your guests at a "luxury" hotel. The service was horrendous throughout. This hotel desperately needs some adults on staff instead of only students working between classes.

The valet staff were great and the beds slept well but it goes downhill from there. I was told of a 100.00 deposit that 7 days later has not been put back. Likewise they charged my card twice for unauthorized charges that hasn't been put back on my card after objections. There was a card in the room that said call for anything, it took three hours for a response back. The shower was Luke warm at best and the towel racks were too far away. The lighting system in the room was a bizarre and ridiculous set up.i emailed three times eith zero response and when I did the response was as summarized..sorry about your luck. The views are of a parking lot and or roof top. This hotel rates less than a one and truly is a 179.00 a night hotel at best. Overpriced! Poor Service ! Poor Accounting.Ive been forced to reach out to Attorney General Consumer Protection Division just to get help with getting the deposit back and fraudulent charges back.

This hotel was like staying in a quest room at an old-money mansion in horse country! Amazing decor and amenities! The service is top notch from checking in to valet to bartenders! Will definitely return. The quad room with 4 built in beds was perfect for a group of concert goers at Rupp Arena. Comfortable beds, down pillows and comforter, the water pressure is amazing and the rain showerhead makes me rethink my whole new bathroom!
