Brand new, super modern, clean, bright, casual - super amenities (small general meals, laundry, great outdoor pool, grill, communal fire-pit area ). Close to Horse Park, new Super Kroger, Publix, starbucks,

Way better than the "old" horse show hotels. You know the ones.

Not close to anything, rooms were loud, heard every single noise all night long, both outside and inside. Go elsewhere.

The lady at the front desk is rude and told me to tell my husband "the same courtesy will not be given next year if he doesnt book appropriately" we booked our room back in January and when we got there to check in they said we didnt have a reservation when he showed her the confirmation email she told us it was canceled on the 16th which we never got a notification for and she was trying to charge him an obscene rate and didnt want to honor the rate we had booked under even though it was canceled without any notification. At this point its not even about the reservation being canceled its the fact that when I came to check out she chose to go out of her way to be rude and tell me to tell my husband what I stated above . You need to teach her how to treat your customers or find new employees she is going to cost you all business

Disappointed on several fronts: 1. that Google offered a cheaper rate than my platinum-staged benefits through Choice. 2. that there is no breakfast offering for nightly guests at what appeared like a premium rate/cost for the night, in the market 3. The receptionist was not customer-focused about my late arrival and asked me about pets, although I had none, but I felt she felt otherwise. Nonetheless, I won't be back. Update: For Clarity, the rate parity was based on a cash basis. I used points in the end, but was going to book a cash-based room, and take advantage of the future points usage. The rack rate at Choice was $30.00 more than Google's offerings outside of Choice, so despite the number of times I have stayed with Choice in the last year and/or lifetime, it was of no value in terms of price loyalty. Sadly, this experience has taught me that Choice and its properties do not value such loyalty. And I'll consider taking my stays elsewhere in the future.
