We went to tour the castle only to find out we had to make prior arrangements. Our fault, but we were not sure what day we would make it there.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a couples massage and facial at the Kentucky Castle Spa, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and welcoming. The spa offers a comfortable lounge area with beverages and snacks, which made waiting for our services a relaxing part of the experience rather than just time to pass. The massage and facial were both excellent, and I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we were hoping for. The best part was how amazing we felt afterward—completely refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and we would gladly return for future spa services. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and professional spa experience.

Went for a rooftop event on 6/5, Pay bar was understaffed and bartender was frazzled and drinks were terrible (especially considering ~$15/drink). There were appx 2 staff members watching the bartender but not helping at all. Line was approximately 30 minutes. Very poor management.
