We had a good time here as it was a unique hotel with an interesting history. 4 stars because the rooms don't have a fridge in them to keep leftovers cold. I was also not impressed that a pool was advertised on the internet but when we got there, the pool had been filled in and replaced with a dining hall for weddings. The bathroom in the room had rust stains in the tub, the sink leaked onto the floor, and there was no fan in there either. It wasn't horrible though, as we spent a lot of time out of the room. The restaurant is pricey with limited options, and breakfast is not included- but overall the experience was different and I don't regret booking the stay.
Attended conference, didn't stay. Gorgeous building.

The worst experience I’ve had for a 24 hour stay. The receptionist seemed to be annoyed During our check-in. When opening the door to our room, you could smell the moisture in the air and the mildew. Our unit wouldn’t come on for the first five minutes of us being in there finally turned on so we said it, and then came back to it being off, which is probably normal, but it just smelled so bad. Woke up to the cleaners banging on the door, although our checkout wasn’t until 11, then followed up with a paper Being slid under the door, informing us that we needed to be out of the room by 11 or we would be charged. Just wasn’t a good experience.
