it’s ok shuttle to airport is convenient

The room was so spacious, clean and the bathroom was exceptionally modern and elegant with many amenities. I stayed one night for business and enjoyed the hotel 5 star restaurant as well. I highly recommend the LAX Marriott. My only advise for the hotel is to put signs of where you are and how to get to the elevator or lobby area. The search of your room and the return to the lobby can turn into a maze game, but overall a great stay.

This property is particularly convenient for us to use when necessary for early flights out of LAX as well as parking. We like their “park and fly” program very much.

I have to write a bad review because after spending the night here I was charging my phone in the lobby before going to the airport and a staff mrmber walked over to tell me I cant wait here. Id been waiting about 30 minutes. I told them I was waiting to go to the airport They told me i should just go to the airport and i cant wait at the hotel. This is actually my first time back since they leaked all my data. What horrible hospitality!!!! I have never experienced anything like this anywhere in the world. I wont be back

Very convenient location. Perfect for crashing after a long flight ✈️. Good location. Loved the Msuite experience. Good breakfast as well as dessert and snacks. Kid friendly too. There is also a starbucks, fedex and some restaurants right there. Parking can be expensive but there are a few other parking options around if your look for it. Overall , we've had a good experience so far.

I gave the 1 star because of the breakfast buffet. One of the worst I've ever seen. And the menu says $27, first of all too much for what you get. Then the bill comes and it's $35. I guess they figure most people are traveling and don't have time to argue so they can rip people off. The staff was average, nothing outstanding nothing bad.

Hotel was decent however the service there is incredible. Thank you Ernesto at front desk!

My family and I stayed in this hotel back in February. I do not recommend going here, the service is horrible. Not to mention our bathroom door was broken. It could have slid off at any moment. My sister hurt her hand when trying to test out the door !! It was so obvious that the door was broken idk how they would let anyone stay in that room !!
