This is not a hotel geared toward families. If you care about prestige or status, this may be the hotel for you. The hotel: parking is $40-$60/ night. There are shops, Starbucks, and a restaurant located inside. However, there is no free breakfast. The room: shower temp constantly goes scorching hot, then cold. No microwave, TINY fridge. Nickel and dime you if you drink the water bottles in the room or use the WiFi. Nothing complimentary. They do have great staff, managers, and the tall dark guy at Starbucks saved this trip. Never again though.

Nice rooms and service, but unless you want to be close to the airport, the location is terrible

The best customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the bellman and valet as we arrived to the check-in and concierge guys to the room attendant women we passed in the corridor and the maintenance man who fixed our in-room safe to the club lounge female bartender ALL delivered the highest standard of customer service The best, by miles, during our holiday, where we stayed in 7 different hotels Outstanding views from both the rooms and the club lounge
