What reviewers say

Some visitors find the venue to be a good place for shows, with a well-maintained disc golf course, though seating can be tight. However, a significant number of reviews express strong dissatisfaction with unprofessional administration, citing a lack of care for students, ignored grievances, and technology errors, with some specifically mentioning issues with international student policies and condescending treatment.

I was dissatisfied with the unprofessionalism of handling international applicants. I had politely and coherently asked for assistance with an issue I was having with my application, and the tone I was met with in response was condescending. It was also assumed that I was responsible for the issue I experienced with my application, in which I had to point out there was a system error on their website. As a university that benefits from enrolling international students, I believe they should hold a level of professionalism and good faith in communicating with applicants. The way university staff treats its applicants and students can say a lot about the institution. I have decided to rescind my application.
