I went to the Eden Roc Spa for the first time last week for a girl's spa day with my office team. It was incredible! The hotel is nice and peaceful and elegantly designed. Carolina welcomed us at the spa and made sure everything was perfect. We lounged at the Nobu Adult Pool before our treatment and then went to Ocean Social for lunch. The restaurant is so pretty, it doesn't feel like you are in Miami. The ocean view is mesmerizing and the food and drinks were delicious! We had fresh ceviche, calamari, pizza, and more. It was so good. The spa itself was surprisingly spacious. The relaxation room is so nice, and I really enjoyed the jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. The best part was the 80-minute massage with exfoliation, hot stones, scented oils, etc. it was the BEST massage experience I have had. I have been to the Fontainebleau, Ritz-Carlton, Turnberry, etc., and this was my favorite. Ines was my masseuse and she is AMAZING! She applied the right pressure and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. This is a must go-to spa for locals and tourists! Thank you so much!

WARNING: Items stolen from car by valet. Left my car with the valet service here and had my sunglasses stolen right out of the vehicle. When I brought this up to hotel management, they completely dismissed the issue and refused to take any accountability or check security footage. Unacceptable for a luxury resort. Do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if you park here, or better yet, avoid using their valet entirely. What a shame for a marketed luxury resort.

The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered breathtaking views that made every moment feel special. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, providing the perfect balance of luxury and relaxation. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, and their friendliness truly enhanced the experience. Whether enjoying the amenities, dining options, or simply taking in the atmosphere, everything exceeded my expectations. I left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend Eden Roc to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway! 🌴✨

Ill start with what we enjoyed. We loved the balcony and the view! The proximity to the beach and that the hotel was 15-30 minutes away from everything! The negatives were definitely the service people. Anytime we asked for anything it was like we were inconveniencing the staff. We got to the hotel and our room wasnt ready and when we asked what to do with our bads the service lady shrugged. After being there a week we tried to go on the beach and they gave us such a hard time trying to get chairs and umbrella. Overall if I ever were to go back i wouldn't stay here.

My stay at the Eden Roc Miami Beach was excellent overall. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and has a classic mid-century modern feel that gives it a unique character compared to many newer resorts. The pool areas were fantastic, and I especially appreciated that the pools were warm and comfortable throughout the day. There are also several great dining options on-site, making it easy to enjoy quality food without leaving the property. I stayed in a king room with a balcony, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable. One of my favorite features was the large bathroom. The shower was incredibly spacious, and I loved that the shower and soaking tub were located in the same area, creating a relaxing spa-like atmosphere. A unique touch that really stood out was the small window connecting the bathroom and bedroom. You can open or close it as you like, allowing you to see into the room, watch TV while relaxing in the tub, or simply stay connected with your significant other. It's a thoughtful design feature that added a fun and memorable element to the stay. The only downside is that many of the hotel's services and dining options automatically include a 20% gratuity. While the service was good, those charges can add up quickly and make an already expensive stay significantly more costly than expected. It's something guests should keep in mind when budgeting for their trip. Overall, Eden Roc offers beautiful accommodations, great food, warm pools, and a relaxing atmosphere. Despite the added costs, I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a classic Miami Beach resort experience.

Christopher at the front desk was incredible. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. I didn't have any issues with staff. The one I interacted with were friendly.

Beautiful hotel, disappointing customer service. I was given multiple promises by staff that were later denied, forcing me to spend hours trying to resolve a simple issue. Manager Neisha was unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility for the hotel’s communication failures. For a luxury property, I expected much better treatment and accountability.

I was instructed not to mention specific prices or room rates. At no point was I informed that any statement in the review was false or inaccurate. Readers can decide for themselves whether information about costs, fees, and the actual guest experience is relevant when evaluating a hotel stay. NEVER EVER AGAIN. We booked Eden Roc Miami Beach expecting the luxury experience its reputation, marketing, and social media presence promise. Our experience did not meet those expectations. First, the ripped and tired pool umbrellas. During our stay, many appeared worn and were frequently unavailable or unusable due to weather, wind, or hotel restrictions. As a result, we spent extended periods exposed to the sun and left with significant sunburn. Second, the beach experience. You arrive expecting an ocean view only to discover that large cabanas obstruct a substantial portion of it. Guests wishing to use a cabana were quoted $400 per day. We were also quoted $40 for an umbrella. These costs materially affected our beach experience and were not factors we fully appreciated when making the booking. Third, the iguanas. During our stay, we observed at least four large iguanas moving between pool chairs, garbage areas, and guest spaces. We also observed droppings around pool-adjacent areas. Other guests may feel differently, but we did not consider this consistent with the luxury experience advertised by the property. Fourth, let’s talk about the $45-per-day residence fee. While the hotel may disclose these charges within its booking materials, we did not believe the overall cost structure was presented with the level of clarity we expected when making our reservation. The check-in process also deserves mention. We were asked to sign and initial multiple documents upon arrival. While the required disclosures may have been contained within those materials, the various fees, charges, and conditions were not clearly explained to us in a way that reflected their significance. In our opinion, transparency involves more than obtaining signatures on paperwork—it requires ensuring guests understand the financial implications of what they are being asked to accept. The cumulative effect was a constant feeling of paying additional charges while receiving an experience that fell far short of the property’s marketing and reputation. The greatest disappointment was the gap between perception and reality. The photographs, branding, social media presence, and online hype present one image; our personal experience was another. We also observed guests at checkout appearing visibly surprised by charges on their final bills. We cannot speak to their circumstances, but the scene reinforced our own concerns regarding transparency. In our opinion, this was not a luxury hotel experience. It was a property marketed at luxury prices that failed to deliver the level of comfort, transparency, maintenance, and overall guest experience we expected. As for Expedia, being asked to revise a factual review before publication significantly reduced my confidence in the platform’s review process. At no point was I informed that my review contained false information. I was simply told that it did not conform to content guidelines. Big companies. Big algorithms. Unsavory experiences. Save your money and look elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN.
