Such disgusting hotel and staff members also the cheap receptionist … such a creepy hotel I have ever visited in USA…. No empathy.. no maners to talk with customers…. Ghatiya room service… demanding for refund.

We enjoyed this warm somewhat small hotel environment. Nice and easily accessible outdoor pool with cool floaties, food and drinks. The beach is quite nearby and chairs included. We’re sad to see that it will be closing at the end of March, to be expanded. Lots of restaurants , buses, a shopping mall within walking distance. The cleaning staff could do a more thorough job in the rooms. Fun bars and night clubs nearby too, and a botanical garden and Holocaust memorial

We spent three days here, but the noise from outside music and disturbances from neighboring rooms were quite loud. It seemed like the neighbors were constantly banging on their floors for hours, making it difficult for us to sleep well. Additionally, there was ongoing construction noise throughout our stay. We contacted front desk many time but that did not help.

Not a nice place to stay. We could hear everyone out in the hallway and the people upstairs at all hours. Pool was dirty, jacuzzi was uncomfortably hot. I can see why the place is closing down.

We had a wonderful stay. I especially want to highlight the warmth and attention we received from all the staff at the hotel; they were incredibly kind and attentive. And I must also mention the excellent service from both Rodrigo and Malena. The room was very comfortable and had a lovely view. The beach was just steps away. It has an excellent location.
