The room was horrible, ugly, the bathroom wall was damaged, I didn't like it at all 😒 😑

Excellent service from both the night shift clerk and the security guard; they are excellent people and very attentive. Management should reward these employees for their work.

Spacious rooms with smart TVs, which is great.

I've been several times and liked it, but last night I went and everything was terrible. The room was filthy; it was obvious they barely clean because there was dust everywhere, hair, even glass on the floor. I called reception and the person on duty answered very rudely and unethically. I only asked him to change my room, even offering to pay the difference for the 30 minutes I had been there, and he absolutely refused to help. He rudely told me no; he even sounded sarcastic.
