Showed up, didn’t have a car for us. Couldn’t give us refund.

It takes an hour or more to rent a car; they advertise it as cheap and then try to charge you for everything… everyone I was there complained about the service…

This place is a huge scam. They lure you in with cheap prices but then refuse to allow you to rent unless you buy their insurance. There is nowhere in the initial reservation or in the contract that says you need to use their insurance. When we got to the counter they said we had to provide the declaration from our insurance carrier to decline theirs. I provided our declaration, emailed it to them while standing there but they force you to buy one NEVER waste your money with this scam of a company.

Bait and switch. Booked online through Expedia. Upon pickup, we were told they only accepted limited private insurance and wanted hundreds of dollars for theirs. Plus a $2,000 security deposit. Before we caught the shuttle back to airport, we watched 5 other customers told the same thing - some forking out and some choosing to walk away. Those that walked away (us included) were yelled at by the staff. Terrible experience.

Rent your car out from under you same day. It’s fun being at the airport after 9pm with 3 small kids.

The rental itself was a reasonable price but they have hidden fees that they fail to mention until you go to pick the car up. They don’t take certain insurances so they force you to get their insurance which is insane because I would have booked elsewhere. Not to mention if you are late more than a hour for your pick up they cancel your reservation altogether so hopefully your flight isn’t delayed. They just need overall better communication.

If there was a 0 star option it would be fitting. This place was flagged as a fraudulent business by our bank when we tried to pay for our mandatory “$2,000” deposit (not because it was a suspicious amount, it was literally considered fraud” on a $9 rental. It’s an absolute scam, every person in line left without a car. I cannot believe Priceline actually allows them to be on their website, don’t even waste your time!

Booked through Priceline for $5–$10 per day. Sounded amazing — but it was completely misleading. When I arrived, I was told I had to purchase liability insurance directly from them for $40–$70 per day. This was never clearly disclosed. What looked like a cheap rental turned into a very expensive one.

Headline: Worst Rental Experience Ever – Secluded Location & Hidden Costs • The Bait: They hook you with an extremely low price online that isn't real. • The Trap: Their office is located far away from the airport in a secluded area. Once the shuttle drops you off, you feel stuck, which they use to their advantage. • The Hidden Fees: Expect to pay way more than quoted. They tack on numerous fees, specifically expensive toll packages. • The Process: The "customer service" is bizarre. You are put in a cabin to talk to someone in another country via video/phone. They kept saying "I’m trying to help you" while actually making the experience more difficult and expensive. Contact me so I can explain my experience

Horrible experience, rip off after you already paid for the car and the collision insurance they also charge 5 times as much plus 2000 $ deposit for a 3 day car rental
