About this place SAVE

SAVE is South Florida's main group working to protect and speak up for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people. They started in 1993, campaigning for equal rights and fighting discrimination through community action and policy work. If you're in Miami and want to understand the local LGBTQ+ scene, or maybe lend a hand, this is the place to start. They're an advocacy hub that tries to make real change happen at every level of government, from city hall to Washington. They also run outreach programs to shift public opinion. You'll find them on Biscayne Boulevard. SAVE has been at this for decades, a key part of the region's LGBTQ+ setup. If you're curious about the community's past, want to get involved, or just need to find local LGBTQ+ resources while you're visiting, their website has details on what they're doing now and how to join in.

I made reservation through Expedia to rent a car from U-Save 5/22 - 5/26 with free cancellation up until arrival. Upon arrival they would not allow me to rent because my drivers license had my old address and my car insurance policy had ny new address. This has never been a problem with other rental companies, but if that's their policy then fine. The issue that I have is that they will not refund me even though they did not provide a service. I contact Expedia who reached out to U-Save and they denied a refund, so I have emailed U-Save numerous times and no one will respond. This is terrible customer service and it's no wonder they have poor reviews. I was able to rent a car from Ace directly at the airport with no issues.

Rediculous scam place. Tell you that you have to provide 300k liability insurance to rent there.

SCAM. STAY AWAY. We rented through Priceline due the extremely low rate. Then we purchased the add'l collision coverage through Priceline. We get to the rental location and they want to see my personal insurance declaration page. They then tell me I only have $50,000.00 in liability coverage and they require $300,000.00. And want to charge me an additional $200.00. They bait you with extremely low rates than hit you with huge hidden fees.

They don't take American Express and they make you buy insurance even if your card covers you. Try calling the place no one answers. Car was clean and attended was courteous.
