I really don't know what to say that is actually good about this place. I'm really disappointed that this is the only resource for the LGBT community. The resources they offer is really no different and lack luster like 211. The little help I did recieve besides over 200 dollars of my clothes being stolen from there when I was homeless after a staff member said he would hold it for me is unacceptable. The professionalism is astounding Case managers having sex with clients. Other staff members coming to work high as kites or drunk as a skunk. Not to mention the drama and the political drama between and amongst staff Im surprised to see this place is still in business. Eli should not even still be working there he, she or it has no idea how to interact with minorities when it comes to any kind of care for HIV. Telling me to go to a religious organization like the Rescue Mission when I'm a black gay man that is homeless is unsympathetic.

Once a great organization, now is terrible. Especially, Eli. Very incompetent and doesn't know how to talk to people. Very bad at communicating. Avoid at all costs!! Milwaukee has much better resources
