I am very disappointed with my stay. The property shows significant signs of age, and my assigned room contained black mold in the ceiling corner. Furthermore, my request to be moved to a different room was not handled. Since only a few floors have been renovated, I advise future guests to avoid this hotel until the updates are complete.
Hotel in renovation. Rooms are small. Beds seem to be full size. No mini fridge. Have to pay doe breakfast. Only plus is room service and restaurant on premises.
I had a very disappointing experience with Reem at the front desk. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had a very nasty attitude throughout our interaction. I explained to her that Dan was not answering my call and that another front desk employee had advised me to call back because she was going to help me. Instead of listening and assisting, Reem continued transferring me back to dan, even after I explained the situation multiple times. To make matters worse, she hung up on me while I was trying to get help. Customer service representatives should treat people with respect and professionalism, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. The way I was spoken to and handled was completely unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue so that future customers are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve. Reem does not have front desk respect does not know how to talk to a customer. It was extremely rude and disrespectful. we have a multitude of members coming in for the week that we are booking for in the fact that she lacks respect. I would not want my family members talking to her when trying to get a room blocked off under our group code. Lizette was great help and I really appreciate her patience allowing me to explain the issue that you guys booking site was having and advised she would handle speaking with Dan about the booking link not working correctly and she was also able to put me down for my reservation block
Just embarrassing. Would not recomend
Our room was dingy. There was what appeared to be mold on the wall between the a/c unit and window. The retractable mirror in the bathroom was barely attached to the wall. And the toilet was nonfunctional! It would constantly back up and therefore we had to go to the lobby to use the restroom.
