Clean room and friendly staff but this hotel could definitely use some updates/maintenance.

Older place. Beds were comfortable and low enough for comfortable entry. Bathroom large but no counter space for toiletries. Shower and bath easy to use. Well lit. Desk, desk chair and sofa chair. Place to charge phone and connect computer. Quiet. Smaller elevator.

Warning: Very unprofessional staff by the name of Angel works here. He is rude, seem slightly racist and sexist. Try to interact with anyone but him. Everyone else is very nice but this guy will give you a hard time.

Horrible communication told them I wanted to stay a extra day, they said we're good, was rudely told my room room was taken the next day. There was no effort to make things right. Ruined vacation because of lazy staff.

Only issue with location is the busy road turning into and leaving hotel. Very friendly staff and a nice clean hotel.

I really like this hotel. It has a very basic but sufficient breakfast. I find the facilities and surroundings nice. There's a Japanese shop in the back where you can buy good products.

I ended up staying here while attending a convention that was located about 2 mi away. Overall, the room sizes were lovely. I had a king size bed with five pillows. A sofa, coffee table, a cabinet that flat screen television was on but inside. A safe, a microwave, and a medium size fridge. The housekeeping services were absolutely wonderful and attentive to detail. The Continental breakfast changed daily. The first day they had Rosemary potatoes with chicken sausage, a cheese, omelette and pork sausage available. The second day there was biscuits and gravy, pork sausage links. The third day I had scrambled eggs, bacon and a return of those delicious rosemary potatoes. There was the standard cereal, fruit, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate options. With cream cheeses, toast, and Belgian waffles. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable. They have smoking and non-smoking available. I stayed in a non-smoking room and it was clean and fresh. I will return for next year's convention.

5 star service, cleanliness, and breakfast

Spent a week here on vacation with my bf , bed was comfy , room was spacious, and the water pressure was amazing. If you don't drive it's a bit of a pain to travel with the busses but there's plenty of food and stores within walking and when it comes to keeping stuff in the room we got one with a microwave and fridge so we could stock up on food and treats for our stay and week or relaxation.

Loved this hotel, great staff and clean rooms.

do not book here, this place was terrible.
