What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the Gulch Nashville for its spacious, clean, and comfortable apartments that feel like home, offering great amenities like a full kitchen and pool, and a convenient walking distance to attractions. A common complaint is the lack of blackout shades in bedrooms, leading to early morning sun disturbance, and some guests noted construction noise nearby.

This isn't a hotel, but rather a remotely controlled furnished apartment. Check-in involves using a pre-sent number to open a key box and retrieve your key. The process is clearly explained in the pre-arrival instructions. While there's no front desk staff, there is a building security guard who, despite our late-night arrival, opened the elevator to the floor with the key box when we mentioned we were Kasa guests. Our room was upgraded, and we were able to use it comfortably as a family. Everything from laundry detergent and dish soap to shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of towels is provided, just like in a hotel. However, since there's no front desk staff, all inquiries must be made via email or phone in English. A clogged drain and a shortage of coffee were repaired and delivered to the room within a few hours; the response was excellent. Also, the room's fire alarm was very sensitive; it went off when I slightly opened the oven door to wipe away oil after using it, which startled me. I went downstairs and asked other residents near the front desk how to stop it; they told me to open the window for ventilation and that only the management office could stop the alarm. Fortunately, the alarm had stopped by the time I returned to my room, but in situations like this, the lack of staff present can be problematic for unfamiliar foreigners. However, after a five-night stay, overall, the room facilities were good, it was clean, the view was nice, all the amenities were provided, it was next to Whole Foods, and it was about a 15-minute walk to downtown. The cost performance was excellent.

Clean, spacious, great customer service always available to help. Grocery store close. A good distance from broadways active night life so you can rest your head east without all the noise. Easy enough walk there. Close to hall of fame and state building. 100% would recommend to everyone. Was not disappointed Ok maybe just a little with the pool, as it was cold cold cold. But the pool deck and patio area was very inviting. Easily could have cook a Big steak on the BBQ’s. 100% recommend as you get so much more for your money then you would with a hotel stay.
