The Blake Hotel

I had a wonderful experience at The Blake Hotel in New Haven. The front desk staff was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. Traveling in March was extremely cold, but her friendliness and thoughtful service made me feel genuinely cared for and added so much warmth to my trip. That really meant a lot to me. I highly recommend The Blake Hotel to anyone visiting New Haven — it’s a place that makes you feel comfortable and truly welcomed.

The stay was good. The rooms are neat and clean. Definitely a four star hotel for that region. The restaurant food is good and has a very good customer service.

This is a top three hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Amazing staff, they granted anything we asked for. Great bar and restaurant. Perfect location close to music hall. Valet parking available but also right near multiple garages in walking distance and in the same Block as BAR….the rooms were insanely big and full of every accommodation you can think of. Pots pans, a stove a beautiful stainless steel fridge….just absolutely spacious and incredible one EVERY way. So much so I’m doing a video on my Facebook because I’m that happy with it. Love LOVE this place and will definitely be back.

If you traveling be prepare to pay 37 dollars per night for parking. And if you decided to cancel in house they charge you for a night that you did not even stay this hotel is not worth it not customer friendly and appreciated

DISCLAIMER, I have not stayed here so cannot comment on the actual services of that. Booked a room for a wedding block based off the fact they are dog friendly according to our wedding hosts. Be warned, I WAS TOLD DOGS CANNOT STAY ALONE IN THE ROOMS. Defeats the purpose of booking for a wedding then. Unless your dog can attend the wedding, find accommodations elsewhere.

Fantastic staff. Friendly, helpful, accommodating. Fitness center is excellent. Easy valet parking. Good location for Yale game if you have to do that…

Great place! Room is spacious and very nice with lots of nice touches. Also clean and smells good. Staff is very friendly. Would stay here again for sure.

Front desk staff don't appear as sharp and spiffy as they did a few years ago.
