New Haven Hotel

Walls too thin and noise from next door easily comes thru

Standard nice hotel! Nothing feels premium but nothing feels low quality. Overall a perfect location for a New Haven visit!

Staff was professional. Here is the main problem. Parking is 25 a night on top and you have to park somewhere. Also the air conditioning is motion sensor. When you sleep is goes on eco or auto mode. The rooms get real hot even with the air because of this mode. If the air would work, I would recommend. However at this price point, I wouldn’t recommend due to the air and parking situation.

Downtown Hotel?? With no restaurant or amenities. Expensive, but nice room.

The noise from outside is very loud. It's a shame that breakfast isn't included. The room is clean and nice.

Would have been completely fine if it weren't for the night club next to the hotel. Maybe not bad on the other side of hotel but stayed in room 213 and literally flashing lights and pounding bass until after 2am in the morning. It was like you were in the club. Should have been given a heads up.

Nice hotel. Good location for walking to Yale University attractions and restaurants. Pricey breakfast options.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean and quiet. You can easily walk to basically all of New Haven from the hotel.

Very friendly staff in the lobby/check in area. Very welcoming and enjoyed chatting food/things to do and sharing recommendations. Nice lobby and lounge area, rooms are well kept, showing a little age here and there but no problems at all. Location is good for walking to lots of nearby things to do.

The hotel is very convienently located within walking distance to most places around town including fine restaurants, bars, Yale University, and the amazing Yale Art Museum. All the staff were very nice, very helpful, and friendly, especially Stephanie L., who was most kind in accomadating my needs.
