An absolute gem. I knew the food was going to be amazing, and it didn't disappoint. The menu has lots of lovely choices it was hard to choose but all 3 of us had something different on all three courses and we couldn't fault it. Brilliant sunday lunch, lovely countryside setting and nice garden

Went to the Cartwheel for a meal this evening, outstanding food, service. This is five star food at pub prices we cannot fault our experience this evening.

The best cheesy chips I've had for a long while !. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was cooked to perfection

Limited selection of bar snacks. Whilst bar staff seemed nice. Manager rude and unhelpful. Choose somewhere else.

Brilliant place to eat tucked away in the newforest delicious food amazing friendly staff. Suberb service and gluten free options thoroughly recommended.

Had the most amazing lamb pie, wow wow wow was so tasty, so incredible thanks to the chef Paul if only I lived closer!

As soon as we arrived I new this was going to be good. I had booked lunch here for my partners special birthday and was greeted by a smile and showed to our table. What a beautiful place with a oray of different arts. All the tables were laid out ready for their guests. The staff were very attentive and nothing was to much trouble.When the food came out it was presented like a work of art. Absolutely fantastic and the taste was something else. Our new favourite place. Outstanding all round. We were luck to meet the landlord/ head chef to pass on our thanks. Thank you again all of you. Kind regards Simon & Sarah
