I am a therapist who reached out to The Loft to offer possible collaboration and received an enthusiastic email response from Darby. We set up a virtual meeting, and not only did Darby not show up for it, but she did not respond to any of my follow-up emails asking what had happened, including one asking if she was OK. In my career, I honestly have never had a professional not only not show up for a meeting, but also not respond to any inquiries about it. I still do not know if this person is OK, but based on this unprofessional and frankly bizarre experience, I would look for support elsewhere. UPDATE: No one ever contacted me from the center.
Last week was my first time, and everyone made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend
