Extremely rude hostesses, both of them. Especially Ashley. It takes a lot to get a bad review from me and I did not want to post anything, but three times in a row I came here the hostesses were not only unfriendly but also outright rude and hostile. P.S. The food is below average

[EN] We chose the tasting menu with wine pairing. Overall, it was a very good experience. Most of the dishes, the service, and the atmosphere met our expectations. However, at a Michelin-starred restaurant with these prices, you expect excellence in every detail. One of the wine pairings didn't work. The wine was too tannic for a spicy dish, leaving an unpleasantly astringent finish. It was also surprising that the wine list didn't include a single Argentine or Chilean wine, an omission that's hard to justify given the quality and size of their cellar. Finally, the pork main course was the weakest part of the menu. It was good, but not memorable, and it didn't match the level of the other courses. Overall, the experience was still very positive, but those details are why I'm giving it four stars. [EN] We choose a step-by-step menu with wine pairing. Very good experience. Most of the dishes, service and atmosphere were up to par. But at a Michelin-starred restaurant with these prices, one expects excellence in every detail. There was one wine pairing that didn't work: the wine was too tannic for a spicy dish and left an unpleasant astringent aftertaste. It's also surprising that the wine list doesn't include a single Argentinian or Chilean wine, an absence difficult to justify given their extensive cellar. Finally, the main pork course was the weakest point. It was good, but not memorable, nor did it live up to the rest of the menu. Overall, it remains very positive, but these minor issues mean it's only four stars this time.

Had my last meal in NYC before leaving the city for good after living here for a few years. Went specifically for the burger, and it’s the best burger! The staff was so kind and hospitable that they offered a complimentary glass of champagne to celebrate. 10/10, would recommend any day!
