Do not stay here, please! The online presence is misleading. The only thing good about this hotel was the location. This probably is the only reason why it still exist. The service is half rate, and worst of all, the rooms are extremely out dated and dirty. Everywhere you look there is a random permanent stain and peeling wallpaper. It smells like smoke in the hallway, even though a “non smoking building” the complementary coffee tasted stale. The keep the main areas presentable, for events but rooms are in horrible condition. There was not enough parking so people were double parked. Do not, I repeat, do not stay here! The online presence is extremely misleading.

Had a terrible stay. Room looked nice but the shower barely worked, I got a trickle of water that was cold no matter the temp or too hot. Turning the knob did nothing for the temperature. Small things but the mirror height was also too low and the door wedged against the floor as you’re trying to open it. Front desk cared more about getting me to leave them alone than helping me. Starting at 8 am there were loud construction noises which woke me up. My keys stopped working halfway through, and the room hallway looked torn up and smelled like cigarettes. Looks nice but really isn’t.

They stole from my room while I was out. Do not stay there. The police informed me this isn't the first time they've been called for this. The security guard is on it as well. Stay somewhere else, like West Orange, of in Harrison. Stay away from hotels in Downtown Newark!

I attended an event held at this hotel and had to pay $28 for parking in the hotel's parking lot. Highway robbery

The room we had smelled like cigarettes and smokes. Tight space. Bathroom had worse than we expected , and we didn’t like the area in general.
