Comfortable and safe and clean with plenty of parking. Note that there is a parking charge.

Booked a king suite and got a regular. I stay at Comfort Suites all over and this one is just kind of mediocre.

**dont sleep here if you value your sanity or are a light sleeper or you like to walk to explore the town** Currently checking out after a 3 hour "nap" (no, not a peaceful night sleep) - there were kids jumping in the room above me until 2:00 a.m. - the light fixtures were literally rattling in my room. And I wear earplugs and a sleep mask. Sounded like the kids were literally launching themselves off of the furniture upstairs. I could also hear conversations from two other rooms above me. This might be alleviated if they had a policy where they (the hotel) would put families on the first floor or the basement Also, this area is very unfriendly and unwalkable. Tried to walk around and a lot of the cross signals dont work so i ended up looking like a dumb tourist standing at a crosswalk for 10 minutes trying to cross ONE road. Had to take an uber 2 miles just to get back to the room to avoid that. Also - this hotel is located right next to a truck Depot...thats kinda loud The only bonus was the friendly staff, when I told the young lady at the front desk about the kids upstairs, she had to talk to them three times before they stopped. The gym was great too! Just stay at a Cambria or anywhere else but here with a slightly higher price tag, hopefully the clientele will be more mature. And quiet.

Horrible service, and location. House cleaning lied and said me and my boyfriend was smoking in the room and she didn’t have no type of proof when we constantly went outside day and night to smoke even telling them to check the cameras and never charged his card an extra $100 like they said if they was to find out we was smoking and never gave us are money back. And claimed we were smoking cigarettes never a day in are life we picked up a cigarette, only weed. Horrible staff and service. Do not book with them they will steal from you and lie.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, this time I encountered an issue regarding the $100 deposit they require—a requirement I was already aware of. I paid it in cash and requested a receipt, but none was provided. The next morning, upon checking out, I requested the deposit back; they informed me that they had inspected the room and found that the microwave was broken. I explained to them that I had not used it and asked them to check the security cameras, noting that I hadn't entered the room carrying anything in my hands. I then asked to speak with the manager, but was told he wouldn't be in until Monday. I informed them that I would call the police; they told me to wait, and shortly thereafter, the staff member returned and handed me my money.

I leave to go eat breakfast and I come back to a room full of ants. I call the lady at the front desk and I get nothing but attitude. I want to change rooms because this is disgusting and they’ve given me such a hard time.

Aside from the sense of relief I felt walking into my room after being completely disrespected by the front desk representative, I must express my disappointment with this stay. I believe the representative’s name was Nelly. The initial interaction when arriving sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately, this one left a very negative impression. It immediately created an uncomfortable atmosphere and made me question whether I wanted to remain at the property. I am grateful, however, for the representative who assisted me during checkout on Monday, I think her name was Tara. I was greeted with professionalism and a pleasant smile, which made the departure process much more comfortable. I had been dreading checkout out of concern that I would encounter the same unwelcoming behavior again, but thankfully, that was not the case. I will be letting the corporate office knows this as well. Many people in the hotel agreed to this behavior and it is unacceptable. Hopefully, that gets this behavior handled for everyone that has came across this horror movie and also the people that will come in the future.
