Filthy, unsafe, and a complete waste of money. I would not stay here again even if they paid me to. The experience started badly the moment I parked the car. There was a group of suspicious people hanging around the parking lot, which immediately made the place feel unsafe, especially for someone traveling with family and unfamiliar with the area. If I had children with me, I would have left immediately, even if it meant losing the payment. The front desk staff struggled to communicate in basic English, which made resolving issues frustrating. The property itself felt very shady overall. On top of that, the rooms near the 400 section are extremely noisy because they are right next to the highway, so getting proper sleep was nearly impossible. The next morning at 8 AM, the room key suddenly stopped working. When I went to the front desk, the staff asked whether I had paid for another night. I had to remind them that checkout was at 11 AM, meaning I had obviously already paid until then. It was an incredibly frustrating interaction. I would absolutely NOT recommend staying here.
staff was wonderful very helpful and the price of the room was perfect the room was even clean and the outside was clean I will stay here again
I came in to this motel for a family trip, bad neighborhood most of the motel tenants were locals standing in front of the motel late at night. Receptionists don’t have a clue of customer service duties. I drove 4 hrs to this location upon arrival i asked to use the restroom and she told me i need to check in before use the restroom. Rooms was basically clean, bathroom was decent no soap. No coffee maker, no microwave. Lots of noise in the hallway. People walking out the Emergency doors and alarm going off most of the time. First and last time.
Very nice experience
Dirty hotel with a dirty reception. Guy at the entry is not listening to anything you’re actually saying and the hotel is simply dirty with rats in it. Don’t book
Holy. S. I travel a lot, and I have never been more eager to leave a hotel in my life. It should be named "Unvacuumed Carpet Inn" because it was disgusting. Non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes, the floors were Unvacuumed, and there was a mouse in our room. I didn't believe my friends until I got up in the morning and saw it coming out of one of their shoes. I feel like I need a shower after showering here. 1/5 stars.
