What reviewers say

Visitors praise the unique charm and thoughtful updates of the vintage trailers, finding them comfortable and a special experience. However, some feel the property is overpriced for trailer accommodations, especially with communal showers, and note issues like a urine smell in one trailer's toilet room and unmaintained bicycles. There's also a complaint that no alcohol is available for sale on-site.

Nice property, but priced too high for the fact that you’re staying in a trailer and have to use communal showers. Was expecting something more “luxury”. The toilet room in our trailer also smelled of urine, like it hadn’t been fully cleaned or something. There is also no wine (or any alcohol) available for sale on property anymore. This isn’t too much of an issue because you have lots of wineries nearby, but we had planned on purchasing a bottle for our first night.

Disclaimer. Even if you have family living there. They cannot use any of the facilities. No kids under 21 can use the amenities. Highly recommend recommended for Older couples. Or families without any kids. Overpriced for what you get. Bathrooms were small in the trailers. You stay there more for the novelty of it. I do not recommend this place if you have children. No matter what. And I would like to get contacted by upper management. Because we had to leave halfway through our stay because of the service that we received from the staff. And how unprofessional they were.

They don't have rooms, they have RV spots, most pull-through. Resort is neat and well run. Close & convenient to state highway, perhaps a little too close? Pool, fire pits for lounging in good weather, gathering room with big-screen TV and small kitchen. Seems most guests stay year round. Nearest city is McMinnville, with plenty of restaurants and shopping.

We had such an amazing stay at this vintage trailer park! The charm and character of the vintage trailers made the whole experience feel really special, but what impressed us most was how they’ve blended that retro aesthetic with modern comfort. Everything was thoughtfully done—from the super clean bathrooms to the cozy, high-quality touches like the comfy bathrobes. The location couldn’t have been better, especially being so close to incredible wineries—it made exploring the area effortless and fun. What really stood out, though, was the kindness of the staff. We accidentally left behind our daughter’s precious stuffed animal, and they went above and beyond by mailing it back to us right away. That level of care meant a lot. Highly recommend—such a unique, comfortable, and memorable place to stay!
