My wife and I stayed here from Australia for a week. We loved it here. Tara was especially helpful and made our stay so much better.

we wanted somewhere family friendly close to evergreen museum and this was a solid choice. free parking nice pool and fire pits and friendly staff. basic breakfast but all good. comfy room and beds would recommend.

I stay at hotels frequently, and this one was fantastic—honestly, I couldn’t find a single thing to criticize. The front desk associate who checked me in, Stephanie, was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Thank you, Stephanie you’re the MVP!

This was my first time at this hotel and I love it! It’s a beautiful and clean location in a good location. Upon check in we met with Stephanie and I must say she is so adorable and kind. Stephanie is extremely friendly, welcoming and a big help with any questions or items needed. Will definitely rebook for future stays at this location.

Hotel offers all the essentials for a short-long stay. Modern rooms, exercise room, outdoor pool, several spots to relax by the fire with wine. Continental breakfast has a nice variety, friendly staff, overall a very comfortable place to stay.

We visited during Spring Break, taking advantage of a fun staycation before the kids go back to school. Our check-in experience was seamless and welcoming. Despite a busy lobby filled with guests enjoying the complimentary 3 oz wine pour, the process felt smooth. The front desk added a thoughtful touch by offering freshly baked cookies as we headed to our room. Wi-Fi connectivity was quick and reliable across all of our devices, which we truly appreciated. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, the beds in particular, ensured a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the service stood out. The breakfast staff were attentive and efficient, keeping tables cleared and coffee full throughout the morning. Although we didn’t visit the Wine Bar during our stay, its patio, featuring three large fire pits, created a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a busy day with the kids. Overall, it was a wonderful stay that reflected the property’s commitment to simplicity, hospitality and guest experience.

This is a great place to stay in Newberg, Oregon. Close to wineries 🍷 and restaurants. The hotel offers nightly wine tasting with a fantastic host. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed this place so much we canceled our next hotel and stayed here.

We have stayed in many Fairfield hotels and want to thank the hotel staff for being amazing. From our first interaction at the front desk we were welcomed with over and above hospitality. On our way to the room several housekeeping team members said hello and ask how we are doing! We felt another very sincere welcome. Over the top. Our room was well appointed very nice. Our breakfast experience was great again very friendly and accommodating staff. The food was fresh, tasty and the area was clean. Overall the team made our stay! Your staff is very hospitable and care about the guest it shows. Our last interaction was a call to the hotel to see if I left my Bennie in the room. The team member we spoke with was so gracious he went to double check the room Top notch!! Keep up the great work! Thank you! We will see you again soon and make sure to suggest the Fairfield!

My best friend & I decided our 43 year friendship deserved to be celebrated by having time to laugh & relive the past 43 years as BFF’s. Sherry & I are both in our 70’s & have health issues so we can’t travel very much or very far anymore. So we choose a place closer to home… 10 minutes from my home & 45 minutes for Sherry. We were there for two nights only. We stayed up late & gabbed & giggled. Consequently we missed the complimentary breakfasts…darn it! As younger travelers Sherry & I have traveled to Europe, Canada & Mexico many, many times with our husbands, with friends & also just the two of us. I can honestly say that this particular hotel had the kindest, most helpful & attentive staff of any. There are several I must mention by name. *David helped get my friends large oxygen machine & the rest of our (over-packed) luggage & called her by name the next day in passing. *Diana at the front desk helped us immensely by getting our meal ordered through an app we had never used. *Tara & Ellen at the front desk are always smiling & are naturally delightful women. They made sure everything went smoothly for us. *Sophie (housekeeping) walked the length of the hallway to unlock our room door when she saw we were struggling with our key cards. Sophie also offered to help get luggage down to our cars. *Jacob got the wonderful fireplaces on the patio turned on so we could enjoy our last few hours at Fairfield sitting in the rain enjoying the pretty grounds nearby & around the very inviting patio & pool area. Jacob also managed to get all our luggage…including the oxygen machine!…to our cars in one trip at check out!!! When each of them invited us to “please come back soon” they sounded like dear friends inviting us to return. And we plan on it! By the way, the accommodations are very comfortable & the grounds are lovely. The location makes it easy to get most things you might need. But it was the people that truly made this stay a “5” for us! Thanks to ALL of you at the Fairfield Marriott Newberg for a fantastic time & a great new memory. Hope to see you all again soon!
