This place doesn't care about their customers they just want your money. I stayed 1 night here with my 2 daughters last week, and we will never get a room from here again. When we were checking out i happened to find a used condom in the sheets of the bed i slept in. I couldn't believe what i was seeing or that I found it in the first place. I was relieved my kids weren't the ones that found it! When I went to check out i informed them and they said they could discount my room. Only $20... So I told them I wanted a full refund and even talked to the manager and she told me I would be receiving a full refund. We'll I'm still waiting for them to issue it, my bank statement says I was charged $100 from the hotel... that's how much the deposit was I had to pay. I want my money back. I have tried calling numerous times to talk to the manager but she only avoids me and I'm starting to get a little upset about it. I wish I had her supervisors number, I want to talk to someone that will do something about this! It's disgusting and I should get my money back without having to cause a big scene over it. But I will if I have to!

We visit the coast every year, and have stayed here multiple times before flying out of PDX the next day. Always enjoy the friendly & helpful staff (shout out to Kayla!), nice indoor pool area, perfect morning breakfast, and very good rooms. Many thanks, and we'll see you next year!

We live in McMinnville. So this was just a little staycation for Valentine’s Day. I recently broke my ankle in half (literally) and have been bound to a wheelchair until only recently. It felt like a great time to get some romantic time with my husband. I will say I used Booking.com and did not go thru BW’s site. That being said NO WHERE on the site that I used did it say that an ENTIRE floor of rooms has limited access due to NO ELEVATORS in the building. Again…… yes on BW site, as one of the last things stated it says no elevator. But on Booking.com whom they PARTNER with it says nothing. I was cool about it and simply went to the front desk and explained that I haven’t gone to the room yet but that I can’t access a second floor room with no elevator. Pet doctors orders I’m not supposed to be taking stairs yet. She looked me dead in my face and told me no refunds. Now I am not rich and this took a significant part of our Valentines budget so I hobbled in pain up and down stairs. Then to get to the room and the bed was SO hard that I literally did not sleep. Called down to front desk at 4 am and asked if there was an option to change rooms or a mattress topper… something…… anything. I was told by a man who sounded half asleep himself that this was beyond his pay grade and I would have to talk to a manager. I called 3 times trying to speak to the manager. Could never catch her. Called BW corporate number and made a complaint to receive an email back that basically said “sorry not sorry”. I called Booking.com and they reviewed the add and said I was correct that there was no mention of there not being stairs and that their adds are based off of the description provided by the hotels. So she then tried to speak with this manager…..never got anywhere. So the customer service rep at Booking.com put in a complaint and said that she would let me know the outcome. Well the outcome is BW has lost my business forever. I will never stay with them again. And they refused to do ANYTHING to make this right. So Booking.com gave me their commission back but could not refund the amount of the room due to it being paid directly at BW.

Paper thin doors and walls. Beds are super stiff. Ac fan wasn’t working. I will say it was clean though. Overall, way overpriced.

Made reservations Dec 2nd. Asked for a first floor room. Was confirmed first floor room. Got here 15 mins before check in. Got a room on the second floor. I guess being disabled and a frequent guest, means nothing.
