The property was poorly maintained, with visible signs of disrepair. Several fixtures were broken, and there were noticeable holes in the walls. Furthermore, the owners' behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. They entered occupied rooms without permission, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The overall impression was one of dinginess and neglect.

Management was both very friendly and extremely welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Newberg!
