Lots of charm is found at this cottage. Well appointed and cheerful. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the ambiance of the room. It was very private and quiet. The robes are a very nice touch. I have already recommended it to others, and would definitely stay there again. It was a good price for all the amenities. The neighborhood is a little transitional, but that is to be expected off a downtown in any large city.

I have stayed here before and had a wonderful time, nothing to do with the cottages themselves. Everything to do with the customer service. Don’t ever expect a response from these people. Texting/emailing will get you no where. I tried cancelling my reservation a month ago and was met with no response. To the lady who, rudly, took my call said she was unable to see any emails from me regarding this cancellation. So ma’am, if you see this, I have attached photos to maybe help jog your memory/work on being more active when it comes to responding to your customers. Thank you for my refund. It was the least you could do. BTW, hanging up the phone by throwing a tantrum is completely inappropriate given YOU were the one who failed to communicate. Not my “late notice” (From April to June is about 2 months, so late notice is laughable)

Rosemont B&B Cottages provided an absolutely charming and relaxing bed-and-breakfast experience with beautiful cottages, peaceful surroundings, and exceptional hospitality. The property felt warm, welcoming, and full of character from the moment we arrived. The cottage was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful details that created a comfortable and memorable stay. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, comfortable furnishings, and the relaxing outdoor garden areas that added even more charm to the experience. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared each morning, making the stay feel even more personal and inviting. The hosts were friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making guests feel comfortable throughout the visit. Everything throughout the property appeared immaculate and professionally maintained. This is definitely one of the best boutique lodging experiences in Little Rock and highly recommended for couples and weekend getaways.

Falling apart with angry innkeepers List of problems and safety issues at the end, but what really pulls together the theme of rage and neglect is the poor and aggressive communication of the innkeeper(s). There's a Stephanie and a Susan, with two phone numbers and one email. You never know which one you're communicating with at any given moment, nor who is responsible for which aspects of the property or your stay. It's clear they don't talk to each other. There were three separate, long emails prior to arrival that still left out key details such as Wi-Fi, how exactly to order breakfast, the expected guest deadlines and timelines for communication, and how they want to receive guest communication (text only, but they won't tell you this). They have limited "office hours," no deadlines to return or review your communication (hours plus for returning texts), and if they miss an email, that was your fault for not reading their minds that they only want texts, and they will be angry with you. Even when you try to diffuse the situation by texting, "I think it's better to just get some rest at this point in the day," they will demand to continue arguing with you over text. They have no interest in calling or employing any method of conflict resolution - I even gave them a few low hanging items to address but they grew increasingly angry about it and finally escalated to making up a story about my motivations that crosses a line into outright lying. They will and did, diminish and belittle my concerns, busting out many excuses, blaming me for the issues, finishing with "we have to run our business." The answer to a request for services can simply be "I'm so sorry we can't accommodate that. Please make other arrangements," instead of insisting on escalating anger. Safety issues and problems: misrepresentation of suites as "cottages," narrow tipping stone wall driveway entrance, racking/incipient lean-over collapse of wood structures, lack of suite temperature control, broken TV remote, tiny TV, stained and uncomfortable living room furniture, closet too damp and dusty to use, old spring mattress, loud and old window unit, weird closed off bedroom visible from kitchen, lack of privacy with kitchen skylight, neighbor noise above and next to suite, kitchen overhead lights burned out, broken flashing refrigerator light, sitting room light not working, caught foot in floor damage in sitting room, damp and enclosed bathroom with peeling wallpaper and mold around the tub baseboard, mirror too high to be usable, micro-vanity with nowhere for toiletries, bathroom fan not working.

My wife and I stayed here instead of a hotel for one night and it was great! It is an older home that has had rooms converted into B&B "cottages". It was like staying in our childhood homes again and it was lovely! Quiet environment, comfortable bed, tasty food and a little deck we could sit on to enjoy our breakfast. If we stay in Little Rock, we will definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend staying at Rosemont B&B! It feels like you are staying with friends. We stayed in May's Cottage, one bedroom option. It was more than big enough for the two of us. The bedroom and living area has plenty of comfy seating. The bed was so comfortable too! It was really nice to have the breakfast items ready to cook or heat up before our day started. The bathroom is spacious. Everything you need is there in the cottage. The location is terrific. Just minutes from the Clinton museum and the national Park site for Central High School. There are some great restaurants in downtown Little Rock. We loved Brunos Italian and Samantha's Tap Room.

Great rooms in an old house! Wasn't sure about completely contactless entry to the place but that worked out perfectly. Good instructions for parking and entry to the room. The rooms were perfectly clean and had character and charm. The breakfast that they leave for you in you fridge is tasty and filling. You'd be a fool to give your money to some big faceless chain hotel when you could stay here in a perfectly safe and quaint room in a really neat part of Little Rock. The B&B is very close to Great restaurants and a really cute historic neighborhood. Recommend both The Root and Rex's as dinner options. You can walk to them if you don't mind walking about 1/2 mile or less.
