Comfort Inn & Suites Presidential

Food was great the cook really knows what he's doing. The wings are the favorite but the pizzas & hamburgers are good too.

Most unprofessional front desk people I've ever dealt with. Never again!!

Mrs Sherrell was extremely helpful and friendly at the front desk. Our rooms were clean and comfortable beds. The pool was nice and relaxing. We were able to see downtown from the pool.

Nice room great staff. Sonja who does breakfast went beyond for my family who is late making it to breakfast she went way out of her way and make sure that the kids had cereal muffins fruits she was so awesome and nice. The pool is great great location just overall a fun place to stay with a nice staff.

a/c was a bit loud, maybe hge windo units (and the central hvac) needs an upgrade?

Had to change rooms due to tv not working. 2nd room, refrigerator didn’t work. Was never repaired. We did have pizza delivery which was good!

The hotel utility was out. Had walk up eight flights of stairs to check room. We had a graduation celebration to be in one of ballroom that was move from this hotel at the last minute. We was at the graduation when we was informed that the event was moving to another hotel. Some of our guess didn't show up so my granddaughter party was not celebrated as it should had been. It was disappointing for the graduate and my family who had traveled to stay there. The situation was not handle by staff as should had. There were not a supervisor or manager call in to help the one front desk clerk on that night 5-15-2026. This problem should have been handle as an emergency crisis. Every Comfort Inn& Suites Presidential customers that weekend should file claims against this Hotel. . This problem had happened on 5-14-2026 also, so Comfort Inn & Suites Presidential already knew there was problem with the utility. The Transformer was having trouble before 5-14-2026. Terrible Stay.

Great experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel had a clean and modern appearance, and the rooms were larger than expected. Everything was organized, quiet, and comfortable throughout the stay. The location was convenient for restaurants, downtown attractions, and nearby highways, making travel around the city very easy. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked, and the staff did an excellent job keeping everything fresh. One thing that stood out most was the friendliness of the employees, who made guests feel welcome and appreciated. Overall, Comfort Inn & Suites Presidential is a reliable and affordable hotel with good service, comfortable accommodations, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for both business and family travel.
