Hilton Garden Inn Little Rock Downtown

While traveling to the hotel, I contacted Joseph through the Hilton app to let him know that my family and I would not arrive until after midnight. I explained that we would like to charge snacks to our room so we could take advantage of our F&B credit and avoid stopping at a gas station late at night. Unfortunately, I was told this was not possible. I found this response disappointing, as it seems like a very reasonable request for a Hilton property to accommodate, especially since I would have been happy to show my ID when picking up the snacks. Small things like this enhance a guests stay. It’s also surprising that I was able to check in and access my room remotely without ever presenting ID at the front desk, yet I was not permitted to handle a simple snack purchase the same way. Room had an odor reminiscent of wet carpet. I do not recommend this location.

Very nice hotel. Staff was amazing. The ONLY problem with the hotel are the chemicals they use for the soap, shampoo, body wash and conditioner! Also they are loaded with synthetic fragrance. All of these are proven to destroy the body and cause diseases that we all try and avoid! They are completely bad to use in contact with our skin. This hotel chain needs to educate themselves and what they are providing for their customers.

​Absolutely loved this beautiful property! It’s perfectly located in downtown Little Rock - quiet, super clean, and the staff are incredibly professional and kind. Having a great fitness center and pool was a huge bonus, plus there are so many amazing restaurants within walking distance! Will definitely be staying here again when in LR!

The hotel is very clean and the beds are so nice! The pillows are the best part. Its dog friendly and they give you a doggie goodie bag. They only do valet and the breakfast is not complimentary. Not bad things just something to keep in mind when booking. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Also note that they do not have a water bottle refill station but they do have a water dispenser in the gym.

Good spot at a decent price. Centrally located to down town things. Couple places to eat within walking distance. Clean rooms, updated grounds, good staff group.
