Spent 2 nights at the Trident Inn. Pro’s - fantastic location, great views of town, fabulous restaurant and bar onsite (Coastal Alchemist), nice pool area, with poolside service which was awesome. Cons, none really other than some rooms are pretty small without any storage for clothes so look at website for room details. Hot tub was not very hot. Not sure if by design or not.

Every single detail of this beautiful hotel was thoughtfully crafted. Every staff member provided exemplary customer service. Food was fabulous. Bed/linens great. View phenomenal. We have stayed all over Ogunquit. By far the best location and amenities. Salt water pool perfect. I cannot say enough about this hotel. Thank you for an amazing weekend! We will be back!!!

Dog Friendly!! Great experience from start to end. Staff was welcoming and even provided a dog friendly restaurant listing upon arrival as we were traveling with our doodle. The room was clean and quiet and separated on back side of resort. The breakfast vouchers were great and really enjoyed that they allowed for take out given we had our pup. We didn’t really utilize the pool though it looked clean and allowed dog around the patio.

Can not say enough about 2VSq. It is in a great location on a hill above the center of town, and with a view of the ocean to die for. Bruce, the innkeeper/host is fantastic. Such a friendly guy, he will take care of you no matter what. Breakfast is always a hit with us and the guests. Freshly cooked eggs, pancakes, potatoes, every day is different. Pool and large hot tub with gazebo is great when you don't want a beach day, or when you want to just sit back on the large deck and relax. Walking to town, 40 seconds, its that close! Beach 5 minutes. Stay at 2vSq, you will not be disappointed. Tip: Book Early. Update: It’s now been rebranded as The Trident Inn and it’s gotten even better. Fresh makeover for all of the rooms including some new suites, on site restaurant and bar with views.
