First of all entering the room all of our bed sheets were stained. Room smelled old and not clean. The bath towels were also dirty. The furniture was dirty and scratched up. We also found previous users items inside of the furniture, indicating rooms don’t get cleaned really well.

Zero stars⭐️ After checking in I noticed the room , toilet and shower was filthy. Boogers and hair in the shower. Stains in the toilet. The bed sheets were not changed. I requested a clean room. The other rooms that was shown were dirty also. They offered cleaning products to clean my room. The next day when I spoke with the gentleman that cleaned the rooms about the bed sheets. He told me they don’t wash the sheets after each guest. Now it all made sense. The gentleman that cleans the rooms re tucked the beds with the used bedding. The only thing he removed from the room was a few dirty towels and trash. The most disgusting place to stay.🤢 Not recommended.

To be clear, the staff themselves were pleasant and helpful. I have no complaints about any individuals who helped us(aside from the one person who seemed to constantly be watching videos on his phone loudly behind the counter) but the hotel itself is another story. Going down the hallway, you can immediately see where the carpet is lifted, there are spots where the wallpaper is pealing and when looking up, I could visibly see wire, thankfully capped, at least. The room itself was also pretty gross. Walking in, the sink had an odor, the security latch was flimsy, and didn't feel secure, and the toilet set was missing the bumper on the left side, so every time I sat down, it slid off balance and pinched the back of my leg. When I scheduled the room, I knew I didn't opt for one of the nicer hotels, but I have stayed at red lions that were much better, and I honestly, despite thw low price, I feel that I far overpaid for the hotel room that just made me want to leave as soon as I entered the room.

Definitely a great stay at the Red Lion in Post Falls ID. Price was excellent, amenities were beyond expectations and the service received by Dee at the front desk was phenomenal in every regard! would highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in this area! Will definitely be returning here when ever I'm back in town!
