The customer service is the absolute best! Dee the front desk clerk was amazing in every which way possible! You will not find anyone better! From his professional, kindness, accommodating character he stands unmatched in his performance! He needs a major raise! This is what keeps clients coming back! Yeah this place is nice, clean, and very affordable but what it really comes down to is the experience you get from the first impression... And that was Dee at the front desk! This place could have been less than average overall but Dee's persona made it 5 star rating and beyond! Thank you Dee and thank you Red Lion for the absolute best experience I have encountered out of the 300 hotels I've stayed at in my life!

Would have been great if the housekeeping staff hadn't pounded on the door at 8am. We arrived very late at 2am and their early morning wakeup ruined our much needed sleep. There also wasn't any soap and dirty towels left in the room. Won't stay here again bc of these issues. Unfortunate because everything else was fine.

Traveling with my sister ( she booked the room before reading any reviews). Rooms are cheap but location, atmosphere and cleanliness just not worth it. Found black hair on the bed and in the bathtub, hall carpets stained, our screens were ripped. Did not even bother with the breakfast in the morning. Too many options in the area to bother with this motel. Reply to their response-same response for more than a year, you hope to welcome us back but what will you have changed? Locking windows? Trained staff? Clean rooms? Not sure what "teams" you have but they are certainly not doing their jobs. Update-read the new reviews and cannot believe the smoke detectors still do not work and that the windows on the bottom floors still do not lock!

Awesome place to stay! The staff that works here are some of the nicest people you could have met! They are kind and friendly and work hard to keep this place clean and welcoming. We have stayed here many times and never had a negative thing to say. Our rooms have always been clean. The breakfast is awesome! Coffee bar all day! It's quiet at night so you get a good rest! I seriously can't say enough when it comes to how wonderful this place is and how great the people who work here are!

Very pet friendly, i orginally booked through trivago DEALS and when i showed up they had no record of the booking and the booking number format that trivago DEALS gave me didnt even match the hotels, so i had to called customer service and sat in my car for 10 hours calling them and having them say they were working on it just to tell me that i wasnt getting a refund and tried to say i was a no show. The people at the front desk were super nice and gave me a discount, because of my situation. make sure you book through the actually hotel its cheaper than any thrid party. They have a big yard to walk yor dogs and im pretty sure they even let cats here, which most places dont.I will note that they need new carpets, one of the rooms definitely smells like people were letting their dogs or cats go to the bathroom. but being a pet friendly hotel, thats going to happen.

EXTREMELY UNSAFE AND DIRTY. If I could give negative stars I would. They wouldn’t give us a refund so now we have to dispute through our bank. Walked in and the whole place stunk like a musky smell. Our first room was dirty; stains on the walls and ceiling, holes in the walls and doors, poop stains in the toilet (which later the employee told us those are just “chips and scratches”… well replace the toilet at that point!), the toilet seat was broken and there was NO MATTRESS COVER (not the same thing as a sheet). We complained about our room and the assistant manager argued with another worker in a foreign language right in front of us. Our second room had stains and a broken window, also had no mattress cover, and was almost as dirty as the last one. We left both rooms within 20mins of arriving and decided it was very UNSAFE to be here. We were told we should have left sooner. The front desk guy was polite enough but was still very unprofessional. They give Red Lion a very bad name.

Curator was intentionally unhelpful and actually made us wait 30 mins for the booking to show up on her end, even after showing her the online receipt and email confirmation. 11pm off the highway headed for Montana and just couldn’t go anymore. Make sure to bring a pillow for your car if you stop here for the night.

Worst experience ever! I traveled out of state had car troubles i tried calling to find out the lasted I could check in or what the policy was and the lady kept hanging up before I could talk. I showed up she refused to let me check in saying its to late I asked to make a new reservation she told me no not possible. Refused to actually help or resolve any issue. I wasnt even asking for a refund or anything would of paid both nights if had to just some decent service she said her name was BK. I asked for a manager she told me she wasnt there I asked a good time or day and even her name she said no not possible to any time I asked or talked. I've never met someone so rude in customer service as a manager I would be embarrassed and mad if my employees ever talked to someone like that and refused service to someone paying. I normally like red lion but this location NEVER! I would give 0 stars if it let me

I walked into my hotel room with keys in the door, opened my room to two indian men rummaging through my bag and money was missing. looked stunned to see me in MY room, no uniforms or identification on them. went up to the front desk and all they could say about the situation was that they worked the night shift. horrible service as, do not stay here if you are a woman staying by urself. wanting to save possible victims of this scam!
