Hotel is extremely dated and not exactly in a charming way. Rooms are very old and the AC has clearly not been updated as the room got hot at night. A floor fan was provided to counteract this. Bathroom space was a bit crammed and shower was not the best. Staff were great and location was close to downtown restaurants and bars.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this downtown Providence hotel. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable from the moment I checked in. In the bathroom, I found a used disposable razor with hair still in it, dirty spoons left in the sink, and a toilet that was so filthy I felt compelled to clean it myself. The carpet throughout the room was also visibly dirty. The room's kitchenette was poorly equipped, with no plates, cutlery, or basic kitchen items available. The hotel also lacked many amenities that travelers commonly expect, including smart TVs, a pool, and room service. What made the experience even more frustrating was the response from the front desk. When I reported the condition of the room, staff seemed largely indifferent and showed little concern about the cleanliness issues. Additionally, the surrounding area did not feel particularly safe in the evening hours, which further detracted from the overall experience. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service from a Hilton hotel. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.
