Don’t book 231!!! Bathroom looks like a horror movie, Tub was not clean, slimy and slippery, shower head was broken, bathroom floor was sticky and had what looked like blood stains on the floor, boogers on the wall, dead cockroach behind the toilet, and toilet did not flush properly. The room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes, the floor was not vacuumed and had tears, walls were dirty, the bed sheets had stains on them, fridge and microwave weren’t working properly. And during our week stay they did not do a good job at cleaning because the room still looked the exact same way, still stunk and there were days they didn’t even come in and clean at all. The manager was very rude and had an attitude, will not be coming back here again, worse hotel ever and false advertisement at that because on there sign they said room were newly updated. Oh and let me not forgot, if you go to the pool wear swimming shoes, glass was everywhere and I cut my foot.

We checked in and floor wasn’t even vacuumed one bed was the only thing clean and the bathroom is horrible. Boogers on wall, you have to hold down toilet knob the whole entire time for it to flush, stain on door, shower head coming out of wall, floor was sticky with stains, and tub is absolutely disgusting my grandma couldn’t even bathe the whole 4 days we stayed. Couldn’t use microwave and fridge wasn’t cold enough. One worker was horrible and disrespectful to everyone.

The room was very clean and I love the decor. I love the shampoo and soap. May have to get some. Beds are comfy and clean. A little softer then what my husband is use to but I can't complain. They let out check in a little early and we're very accommodating.I love the shower too. Good water pressure, hot and cold water consistently. Almost wish they had a soda, water vending machine but being so close to things it doesn't matter much lol. Highly recommend.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was absolutely disgusting, with mold visible in multiple areas and a very strong unpleasant smell throughout the room. The overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. I am genuinely concerned about the condition of the bedding and furniture. Since staying here, I have been experiencing intense itching and have started noticing red marks on my body, which has me worried about possible bed bugs. The hotel appears poorly maintained, and the condition of the room made for a very uncomfortable stay. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and looking elsewhere. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Well we checked in last night and the first thing we noticed was that the tub had a giant crack in the bottom that had a lovely coat of some type of plaster across it to halfway fix it. Then we noticed that the TV only had about 10 good channels. I had been driving since 11pm the night before and just wanted to relax and watch anything that wasn't news to calm my mind. And with two young girls who also enjoy TV anything they could have watched would have been nice too. I kept calling the front desk with no answer, so we decided to go down to the pool and on the way back I stopped at the front desk to let them know about the TV. They gave me a TV guide. I said the issue is I don't have these channels but that's was there solution at that moment. I go up....with the tv guide...same thing I have none of the channels. I go back down and tell the front desk and the response I got was "well we can't do anything from the desk" I was appalled considering my wife was the operations manager for many years at the holiday Inn express in white river vermont and I know if you have a maintenence issue you call maintenence. If they can't fix it you switch the room for someone....if you absolutely cannot find another room you either comp the room or transfer someone to a hotel in the area. She couldn't believe their only solution was to let the guest "suffer through it." Maybe there wasn't a manager on duty at the time, but you would say that...you would say "I'm so sorry my manager isn't here, let me call them and see what we can do" not "well I can't do anything from the desk". Then my daughter went to take a shower after swimming in the pool and the shower was broken as well. It wasn't that it just didn't have water pressure....you turned it all the way up and it had a water drip....as if a faucet was accidently left on a small amount....I did not go to the front desk with that issue because I knew what the response would be...they can't do anything from the desk.....so I called with the agency I booked through hoping maybe the hotel staff would react better to them trying to take care of it....and the travel agent kept calling with no answer and then eventually emailed the General manager and now we have to wait for the situation to be rectified. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel because it's the only time I've encountered an issue where staff won't do anything to try to find a solution. And I know they had extra rooms because all I had to do was look at the direct web page and see what was available to book. I don't believe the front desk didn't have a solution to the problem, it really just felt like they didn't care about their job or me, or that they clearly were not qualified for their positions. I would love for this situation to be fixed. But we will see if that happens.....if the hotel reads this....my name is annakah....my husband's name is kyler. The reservation was under loveless for June 5th to 6th. I'm sure you can go back in your system and find it, and we really hope to hear a response from a manager Monday.
